This hotel is just5 years old and attractively decorated and furnished. Well maintained and sparking clean. The happy, accommodating staff is a huge plus here. I will confess that my Spanish is shaky, but everyone was extremely patient plus fron managers all seemed be English fluent. Breakfast buffet was inviting carefully groomed and replenished. Be aware that the food is Mexican, no white toast and bacon in sight. My room was spacious and comfortable with an oversized HD tv. This place is a real gem!

Perfect for the price. Like an Ibis actually. Small rooms like in Tokyo and very clean. Nice view to Angelopolis Mall. Breakfast included. Only issue is the noise . Not soundproof at all. Shower had a good pressure. Hot water good. Air conditioning directly into your direction. Big issue: only CNN (eeewww) but you aren’t here to watch tb anyway.Glad it was empty this weekend as you can’t sleep when you get other guests next to your room. It’s obviously not the Hilton but fulfills its purpose. Walmart Express next door.

AWESOME STAFF, everyone is trained and polite! Mariana at the front desk was extra helpful and Kind, Valet and Security staff greeted you always with a smile and gave helpful suggestions. We were at Club level, delicious breakfast was included and the view was great! Pool was climatized. Room service and maid were on point! Great bed, pillows and nice big bathroom made our stay awesome. They also had a charger for my tesla so it was a big plus! Will be back. Thanks!

We were there because I had to undergo some cancer screening tests at the nearby Angeles hospital, normally not really a fun trip. But this hotel managed to turn it into a little romantic outing. The rooms were nice (we had a junior suite because the prices were so reasonable), the gym is pretty decent, the pool is heated, and the restaurant is part of a famous Mexican seafood chain. The service everywhere was friendly and professional. This is a very well run hotel. We are very experienced and discerning travelers, on average we spend some two months a years in our retirement traveling all over the world, so this is not an idle complement.

Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, de acabados modernos. Pasé muy poco tiempo ahí pues solamente la usé para llegar a dormir; sin embargo, todo muy bien. El desayuno está incluido, y aunque no es nada sobresaliente, me parece adecuado. En general, el hotel está bastante bien mantenido y de aspecto muy limpio. Recomendado ampliamente.

Cada hotel y habitaciones tiene sus conceptos, aunque puede ser agradable, a mi no me gusto tener el lavamanos fuera del baño, ya que se encontraba junto a la puerta de acceso al cuarto, el balo es pequeño y en la reservación mencionaba cama queen y tuve matrimonial. Se filtran mucho los ruidos del exterior, mi habitación era planta baja y todo lo que sucedía en recepción se escuchaba

ソカロから徒歩5分以内ですし、ホテル自体もすごく綺麗でした。 フロントスタッフの方も優しく、まさかメキシコであの価格でこんな綺麗なホテルに泊まれると思っていなかったです。

The hotel is about 15 minutes to Puebla's catedral. About 10 to Cholula. About 20 to the airport. I choose the hotel due to the great reviews and the location. The front desk staff were very helpful. The bellman brought my luggage to the room right away. The room was clean, the beads comfortable, like any 5 star hotel room. The breakfast was the best continental I have ever had. I have stayed at many hotels, Hyatt, Hilton, etc,. This one has the best breakfast. The hotel front desk/lobby is located on the 2nd floor. The entrance is on the rear part of the mall. If you forgot something you can buy it downstairs inside the mall.

Pésimo lugar descuidado, sin estacionamiento, la habitación muy descuidada, hay eventos y no dejan descansar por el escándalo, nunca regresaría, hay humedad, el balcón sucio, tienes que salir para recoger tu auto en un estacionamiento qué está e. Otra calle y nadie te ayuda con el equipaje

Great location right in the heart of Cholula. The service was prompt and polite and they even let me check in a bit early! Overall everything was clean and comfortable and it was a great value for anyone looking to spend a night in Cholula.

PROS Premises are pristine, from the parking lot to the front desk and all the way to the rooms and bathrooms -no smells, no mold, no stains; and that is refreshing and reassuring… hope this hotel will remain being taken good care of. The look is modern, stylish, fresh, and practical, which all in all adds for a very wheelchair friendly experience. The wheelchair accessible room is comfortable and easy to book, and although the bathroom could do with a couple more security grab bars near the toilet, it is spacious and comes with a sufficient shower chair. The staff is friendly, assistive, and attentive. CONS The location is not what you would call touristy, it is located within the governmental district, which means not within walking distance of any attraction, sightseeing, or shopping. Because of the location you’ll need to get in or out by car, call it taxi, Uber or your own. Also because of the location, so packed with government offices, the area feels deserted after 6PM and on weekends. Not sure how that plays on security. Regarding the handicapped room, it is only a 1-queen size-bed room, somehow an inconvenient considering handicapped guest rarely travel alone. A 2-bed room option would be highly desirable. Finally, not sure if for safety or aesthetics or any other functional end, but there is a huge spotlight-like light illuminating the building’s façade that becomes greatly annoying when at the handicapped room -which is located on level 1. Yes, the shades do block such light, but if they open even slightly, the amount of light pouring in is huge!!!

Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with Trip and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called trip and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….

Un poco descuidada el área de alberca. Lo bueno de este hotel es lo cerca de los mejores restaurantes y zonas para ir de compras en la ciudad, el personal es muy amable, se nota un tanto solitario pero la experiencia es satisfactoria, caminando puedes llegar a donde quieras.
