This hotel is always my go to whenever I need a place near NAIA and/or Pasay. Love the rooms and how accommodating the stuff are. They really did their best to accommodate my request. Also love that there few resto / fastfood nearby and convenience store to buy things I forgot to bring. Thanks Savoy!

Strategic Location: It is practically next door to Okada Manila and a quick 10–15 minute drive to NAIA Terminals. It’s ideal for ”layover luxury” or if you have an event at the SMX Convention Center/Mall of Asia. Modern Vibe: Since it’s a relatively new Megaworld property, the rooms feel fresh. Expect clean lines, smart lighting, and very comfortable bedding.

Reception is amazing. Compliments to Nicolle, she is very attentive and gives out amazing vibes ! Lobby area can be improved as it is quite small. Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping.

I highly recommend this condotel for any travelers due to its proximity to the airport and major shopping centers like Aseana Manila Bay, Ayala malls, MOA, and PITX. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are clean and well-stocked. Shared gym and pool amenities. I've stayed here multiple times, and the reasonable rates makes it an ideal choice. Will recommend 👍🏼

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a modern and elegant ambiance, with well-designed interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the overall attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization. One of the highlights was the staff—they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality definitely added to the overall experience. The location is also very convenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby areas or access key establishments. It’s a great choice whether you’re staying for business or leisure. Overall, we would highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab. During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting. Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options. On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated. It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

- the location despite being close to the airport is TERRIBLE. It is surrounded with karaoke bars and you will be listening to not very talented signing til 1 am at least. We were hearing from the 6th floor - on check out we were told that we broke the frame of the painting. My 65 old mom was in that room and I’m pretty sure she didn’t break anything because the painting didn’t have any frame. I guess it was one of the way for extorting the guests. Be careful and check all the stains and broken things before moving in. - I forgot the face wash in the room after checkout and as we still had one more room kept within a day I came to reception later to ask for it. I was told it was disposed. Not a big deal money wise but very not elegant. Had the same situation in Thailand and they just moved my amenities from one room to another even without asking.

Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun ini. Selamat berkenalan

We had a very pleasant stay at Bellevue Hotel. The ambiance is excellent—calm, welcoming, and well maintained. The entire place is clean and organized, which made the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Lovely historic hotel, good sized and very comfortable rooms. We asked for the historic wing, which I recommend. Huge breakfast buffet. The downside was the aircon was absolutely freezing in the rooms, even after having it turned off for 2 days! The marble floor in the bathroom so cold! I wanted to visit the heritage museum, but it was only available with a guide.
