Excelente ubicación, la recepción es 24 horas. Tiene cocina, nevera e inclusive lavadora, la vista desde el balcon muy buena. Esta cerca de restaurantes y un centro comercial. El wifi anda bien. Esta genial para un viaje a Asuncion

Прекрасный отель, отлично расположен. Очень просторные номера. В номере все чисто, комфортно, отличное белье. Есть кондиционер.
Чайные принадлежности в номере. Есть вода в бутылках и набор для приготовления кофе и чая. Кофеварка.
Хорошая уборка. Завтрак замечательный. Есть бассейн на крыше.
Отель уютный и небольшой, людей мало. Рекомендую отель.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend und der Ausblick vom Schreibtisch (Arbeitsplatz) phänomenal. Auch der Pool ist eine Augenweide. Wie auch das Steakrestaurant nebenan. Einziges Manko für mich: Das Frühstück. Ich habe schon einige Hotels in Asuncion besucht und das Frühstück in diesem Hotel ist für meinen Geschmack allenfalls passabel. Die Rühreier waren ungenießbar (was mir auch meine Begleitung bestätigt hat), es gab keinen Speck und selbst der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Folglich habe ich mich auf Kuchen / Süßteile und Obst beschränkt. Hier ist definitiv noch viel Luft nach oben. Ansonsten aber top.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast, reasonable price. But the room had a huge minus - a terrible smell from the old furniture, that made staying inside very uncomfortable.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the FIVE Hotel again. The room wasn't allocated away from the elevator as requested. But we were still very satisfied. The beds are super comfortable, the room very clean. The staff at reception are very friendly and now speak English. Unfortunately, the service at the pool bars is a bit different. There was no service at one pool. It was also not possible to place an order. I had to go through the whole hotel to the other bar to get drinks. In the evening it is very nice to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, the cocktail was very bad. Since we have had better experiences here, we will book here again.

AAdrian (London)I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this.
All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient.
The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc
The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more
I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon.
The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station.
I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you

GGuest UserWir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück einfach dafür das Buffet am Mittag sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut in der Nähe vom Präsidentenpalast, Strand, Migraciones etc.

GGuest UserWie wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer auch schon früher beziehen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und das Licht war defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man kann auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Trotzdem können wir das Appartement empfehlen und auch wieder hier übernachten.

ЖЖанна БVery authentic hotel!! Looking unacceptable, but already at the entrance you understand that the designer worked here. A large room with a huge bed. In the room there is a safe, minibar, fan.... Breakfast is brought on separate dishes, individually. Very recommended. If you don 't want a standard hotel, take Factory, you won 't regret it.

MMarioThe hotel is relatively new and has a great location. We were very carefully received with a very beautiful smile and could also immediately accommodate the room. The beds are very comfortable. The washing of the toilet makes noise like a alarm system which needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, the pool was not useful because work was done and there was a closed event. For the high price I found this not justified. That's why the point deduction. At the fitness room there is still air upwards. It is beautifully located in the upper floor. Breakfast was proper. There was a lot of fruit but no yoghurt or quark. The staff at the bar was very friendly.
