MMaodaniangThis hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead.
Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service.
Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money.
We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

GGuest UserDuring Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

AAnonymous UserMost friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

NNavinAll in all a good hotel well located, quiet and comfortable but we did have one night where the other hotel guests were being overly noisy by playing music the whole night which the reception could have been more proactive to control. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

Every employee has a very friendly attitude. The restaurant manager was very enthusiastic and recommended local food to me👍

Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside.
Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

SSaikhnaa AmarsaikhanAn overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

AAnonymous UserДостойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта)
Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался.
А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.
