O hotel é um verdadeiro luxo! Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis e bem equipados. Solicitamos com antecedência uma vista para a Terceira Ponte, mas infelizmente esse pedido não foi atendido — seria um diferencial que valorizaria ainda mais a experiência.
O café da manhã é impecável: muitas opções, tudo muito saboroso, e destaque para o omelete feito na hora.
Em relação ao almoço e jantar, achamos a comida saborosa, mas o cardápio à la carte poderia ter mais variedade.
Outro ponto que pode ser melhorado é o atendimento dos manobristas, que poderiam ser mais cordiais no trato com os hóspedes.
No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e certamente voltaríamos, especialmente se esses pequenos pontos forem aprimorados.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo e principalmente da praia. O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é perfeito,. Só deixo minha crítica quanto ao estacionamento que é um pouco confuso e apertado e o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções.

Decepcionante!
Sempre fui fā dos hotéis escola do Senac.
Talvez pós pandemia a qualidade dos produtos e serviços tiveram que ser ”esquecidas” para que uma nova realidade de mercado fosse atendida.
Embora o atendimento tenha sido sempre afável, passamos alguns constrangimentos como: arrumadeira batendo na nossa porta as 7:30 da manhā, recusa de reserva de mesa para feijoada e ao chegarmos haver mesa reservada que só pudermos ocupar depois de chamarmos um supervisor, qualidade do café da manhā equivalente a de um hotel 2 estrelas e recusa de se conceder 2 horas de late check-out mesmo nāo havendo reserva para o mesmo apartamento na data.
Enfim, espero poder ter outra oportunidade de vivenciar o glamour que o hotel já teve com a qualidade de serviço compatível com os valores cobrados.

O hotel é bom, a limpeza também estava ok, e o atendimento foi excelente. A comida é agradável e, no geral, tive uma boa experiência. No entanto, o que não me agradou foi o elevador — ele é bem antigo, faz muito barulho e não possui as especificações técnicas expostas, como a data da última inspeção, o que me deixou insegura, principalmente por estar hospedada no 12º andar. Tirando isso, gostei bastante do atendimento e dos demais serviços do hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered!
Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!
Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.
Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception.
The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out.
However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was.
In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an excellent location very close to a bar and restaurant area. It has many shopping near and just a few squares from the beach of the city. I felt it was a safe place. Very good attention to your staff. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very good and I had a very comfortable bed and I stayed a little bit small, though I have to say I knew it was to be by my choice when booking. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly return to this place.
