Hotel Dengan Pools di Santa Catarina, Brazil

Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

Hotel fica com excelente localização na cidade de Penha-SC. Tem o melhor café da manhã da cidade ! A recepção é bem atenciosa ! O quarto é lindo e muito confortável!

Simple hotel, more with good reception. Adequate service, easyness in the reservation confirmations. Maybe a list of nearby places for a meal or lost in the room missed. With very unstable Wi-Fi network.

The hotel is beautiful and everything perfect, service, room and breakfast. The location that is not the best for my goals in the city, more is a very personal issue. No complaints from the hotel in itself. Marvelous.

A hospedagem é agradável, tem piscina coberta e ótimo café da manhã.

I loved my stay, even if it was just one day. The room was clean with new furniture and the bathroom was clean. The service was great, always ready to help and quick. I just thought it was strange that the 17th floor had a ramp up from the elevator to the rooms. Whoever designed it deserves a 0.

The children loved were sad at the time of coming away, super amusing environment! The bar is show! And the sound (pleasant music) goes up to some 22h/ 23h . We order portions and lunch everything very well served ! You have a restaurant in front, closed late, a wonderful! We'll be sure to come back! The breakfast buffet is a shower ! The front beach is not suitable for bath , but there are about 50 meters from the beach in , quiet sea , we could walk up standing paddle and cajaque for the first time was very legal ! I recommend that hostel and I will return more times if God will!

The hotel room here is clean and tidy, the waiter is more enthusiastic, the surrounding environment is OK, the traffic is more convenient, business trips and free travel are good choices, it is recommended

Room with very bad acoustics. In addition to listening to the noise of the street, it was possible to listen to the guest of the apartment above with a child who pulled a lot and pulled the chair and when the complaint was made to the reception they said we had to accept the disturbance until 22:00, the two elevators were not enough to meet the demand and we had to go down the stairs with the bags after long waiting for the elevator. Some staff were unconscious and unconscious about the guest, and the stop for boarding and landing is not practical, and when we arrived there was no place to park the car, except the garage staying in another square.
