Wonderful place to stay. Easily accessible and staffs were wonderful . A few challenges with drinking water given I was just in the city for the first time but otherwise a great place . My daughter liked walking the buildings and they have a wonderful atmosphere for breakfast. Usually busy and booked on weekends . Great Wi-Fi, wonderful staffs again !!!

Excellent hotel at a great location. Breakfast was good but could be improved by providing variety of food and most importantly place the tag next to food tray.

The room was clean but my sleep was disturbed by loud truck horns which was really inconvenient. I was also surprised there was no bath towel. There were only two small hand towels and one face towel. I stay in hotels regularly for work and this is the first time I’ve experienced that.

An amazing stay at this hotel!! It met our needs completely. We came in for a 2 day conference from Vancouver, BC & couldn’t have been happier with choosing the Best Western Cedar Place Hotel for our stay. The location was great. The staff were exceptional, humble, kind & receptive to our many requests that came up circumstantially. I haven’t experienced this level of client service in the hospitality industry for a very long time. Every single staff member we came across over the phone & in person was exceptional & overall our stay was an amazing experience! Thankyou again.

Frequent shuttles and supported front desk. The room is way better than four point and I love it

Reception was fast, friendly. Room on smaller site, but good enough for just one night. Complementary breakfast was descent! Swimming pool just after maintenance - nice and clean. Good value for money! Will recommend to my friends!

Service was quick and efficient. Fresh cookies available at check in. Room was clean and cool. Breakfast was sufficient. Usual fare. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, waffles etc. Location is on the south of town with plenty of restaurants, Theatre and Costco. We would stay here again. 

I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)

The rooms were spotless, with attention to every detail, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was a standout feature—plenty of options, from fresh fruits and yogurt to hot items like eggs, waffles, and breakfast meats. Everything was fresh and replenished quickly, even during peak times. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring the dining area stayed clean and welcoming. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!
