Well located if you have a car. A lot of traffic on the morning weekdays. Good breakfast, good solution for one night.

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!

預定的king suit套間，房間麪積很大，適合家庭出遊。 加拿大這邊默認不提供一次性用品，最好是帶自己的洗漱用品，尤其是拖鞋，這裏沒有一次性拖鞋，去前台索要的話衹提供循環使用的腳套（冬天避免地板涼） 這邊一般是下午3點才能入住，最好是有ihg的會員，要不然3點以前不能入住，需要單獨付費25加元。酒店忙的時候，會員延遲退房也不能用，這點要注意。 建議預定朝西側的房間，傍晚看落日非常非常美。如果是自駕游的話，推薦去河邊的公園，5分鐘車程，那裡有大片綠地，能看到成羣的野生加拿大鵝

It is very clean hotel. Feels like recently renovated. Good location in Gatineau. Closed to ****** and many restaurant.

Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli was a very comfortable stay. The Queen room we stayed in was very large and had everything we needed, including a microwave, coffee machine, and mini fridge. We were able to watch movies with a smart TV in the room. The location was right off the highway, and there was a grocery store and restaurants nearby to get food. The free breakfast in the morning was great with fresh waffles that we could make at the breakfast station. I feel that Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli is a really good price for what amenities they provide.

Love this hotel so much, room clean. Absolutely will come and stay to this hotel.

Excellent stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Location near public transport and not far from attractions as well as a number of nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast and good size rooms. Hotel has a laundry and free coffee.

This hotel is very clean, looks like five star hotel, excellent customer service, breakfast is very good, a lot of parking space with free of charge.

Bel endroit mais un peu désuet . Nous avons attendu deux heures pour avoir notre chambre. Les gens de la réception fut patients malgré l’insatisfaction de beaucoup de gens. Pas de restaurant sur place. Pas d’eau dans la piscine intérieur. Deux salles de bain ce qui est très bien pour une famille. Piscine extérieur bien ainsi que le jacuzzi. Chambre propre et confortable.

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.
