The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station. A 3-minute stroll south also takes you to the 'ding-ding' tram stop. The A11 Airport Express bus stop is nearby, and there are CTS buses to Shenzhen Bay Port from Wan Chai Station Exit B, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is bright and clean. I initially booked a Deluxe Queen Room, but it had a strong musty smell. The next day, I asked the front desk to switch to an Executive Ocean View Room, which was larger, newer, and significantly more comfortable. The Executive Ocean View Rooms on floors 4 to 6 are newly renovated, while other floors feature older decor. Regardless of the floor, all room windows are sealed and cannot be opened. This means older rooms are more prone to mustiness, so I recommend opting for the newly renovated rooms if possible. The hotel's buffet was decent; I felt the variety wasn't as extensive as similar-tier buffets in mainland China, but it's probably worth over HKD 100 in Hong Kong. We also received two complimentary coffee vouchers, allowing us to get takeaway coffee from the buffet restaurant. Overall, the service was good. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Tsuen Wan and Tsuen Wan West MTR stations. You can enjoy a great sea view from the hotel, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The staff are also very enthusiastic and helpful. For this price, it's a hotel with excellent value for money in Hong Kong. It's also not far from Tsuen Wan MTR to Disneyland and Tsim Sha Tsui.

It was good stay I’ll do it again as soon as possible, the location is fine and the transportation is available during the day and night it was really amazing trip sure I’ll hi there many times , the bus 3M takes you to several places and the ferry is fast

I stayed at Rambler Garden Hotel for a month, and overall, I had a great experience! The hotel was very clean, housekeeping came daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Peggy at reception (if I remember her name correctly) was especially kind, and I believe Kevin was another receptionist who was always friendly. The rooms don’t come with basic amenities like toothbrushes, and bottled water costs HK$5 downstairs. The hotel also provides a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, so I was glad I brought my own toiletries. Pool access costs HK$40. There’s a small plaza downstairs with a 7-Eleven, convenience store, and a few restaurants. The transport links are convenient, with buses 88F to Maritime Square and Tsing Yi MTR, and 88G to Kwai Fong. Hong Kong is generally expensive, but Rambler Garden offers great value for money, especially at its price point. I also had a pretty good view from my room! Despite a few minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my month-long stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in Hong Kong.

I am beyond satisfied with my stay! The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities didn't feel outdated at all. I almost changed my mind after reading some negative reviews, but I'm so glad I didn't—it turned out to be amazing. They also offer free luggage storage, and the staff were very friendly. It's super convenient, quite close to the subway station, and getting anywhere from here is a breeze.

The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room environment is comfortable and pleasant with an unobstructed sea view. Convenient transportation, with direct buses and minibuses to the MTR stations (Tsing Yi Station, Kwai Fong, etc.), and minibuses go directly to Tsing Yi Station.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay! My friend and I originally booked a Sea View Room, but decided to pay an extra fee at the front desk to upgrade to a Deluxe Sea View Room. The view was expansive and absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also quite large, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The front desk staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. The infinity pool is a must-visit—we were pleasantly surprised to find a heated jacuzzi there, and watching the sunset and evening glow from that spot was pure bliss! The gym offered great views and well-equipped facilities. Although the hotel is not located near a subway station, the shuttle bus frequency is sufficient, making it quite convenient.

This is the best hotel! Speaking Mandarin as a mainland traveler is completely fine here! The only downside is that the hotel isn't very well-prepared for medical situations. When you feel unwell, they don't have much to offer besides advising you to go to the hospital, and there’s no shuttle service for that, so you just have to take a taxi. Everything else is a plus: First of all, a huge thank you to Dorsett Kai Tak for upgrading my room! The room was very spacious with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The shuttle bus is super convenient—just follow the timetable, and it drops you right off at the Airside MTR station. Airside was actually where we went most often for food. The shuttle bus staff were also wonderful and helped us with our luggage. The pool is open from around 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the lifeguards are always on duty, which felt very professional. The breakfast area has a wide variety of food, plenty of space, and is kept spotless. If there’s even a small spill in the lobby, dedicated staff immediately come to clean it up—they even wipe down the condensation dripping from cold drinks onto the tables. That said, I hope you might consider the habits of mainland guests and provide some hot water options, including hot milk at breakfast. Thank you! You need a key card to access guest floors in the elevator, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. I’m already back home now, and looking back on this trip, I'm truly grateful for our stay with you. Oh, and regarding the hotel's eco-friendly policy, disposable toothbrushes can be bought from the vending machine downstairs for just HK$1, which is super convenient. I highly recommend Dorsett Kai Tak! Every day, breakfast was what I looked forward to most—the BBQ pork buns (char siu bao) were absolutely delicious. I didn’t originally have the best impression of Hong Kong because I got heatstroke and the National Day crowds were overwhelming, but because of you, I'd gladly visit Hong Kong again. The hotel's location is extremely far from the city center and very inconvenient. There are no restaurants or even convenience stores near SkyCity other than AsiaWorld-Expo, so at night you have to rely solely on the hotel vending machines. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Tung Chung MTR Station, and Disneyland, making it convenient and cost-effective for guests heading to these locations. The hotel facilities are complete and the rooms are clean. The breakfast at $150 per person is not cheap, but the quality is very high, offering a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. I believe travelers who want to visit Disneyland but prefer not to stay at the expensive Disneyland hotels or commute from another district will be extremely satisfied staying here.

The sea view from the room felt quite distant, I could only see a small corner, surrounded by the high-rise buildings nearby. The room size wasn't very big, and the bathroom was more like that of a business hotel. However, what's worth praising is the excellent sound system in the bathroom, and also the in-room water dispenser. The outdoor swimming pool was great, and I also tried out the spa. The therapist's skill level was superb, and the environment was pretty good, but 90 minutes for HKD 2600 (which could book another night's stay!) was quite expensive.
