Hotel di Macau memang terbaik**, semuanya ada dalam bangunan ini, lengkap! Saya sangat suka ***a ini. Saya menempah bilik agak lewat dan harganya sudah naik, tetapi biliknya sangat bersih dan kemas. Pada mulanya, saya bimbang hotel ini akan lama, tetapi penebat bunyi juga sangat bagus. Cuma bangunan Venetian ini terlalu besar, saya asyik sesat di dalamnya.

Lokasinya sangat strategik! Dekat dengan Reruntuhan St. Paul's, boleh jalan kaki sahaja! Selain itu, di hadapan hotel ada pengangkutan yang boleh terus ke Taipa Rua do Cunha! Memang sangat mudah!
Pemandangan dari hotel memang tiada tandingan! Boleh nampak Macau Tower! Ada tempat makan dan pawagam juga~ Paling menarik, ada kolam renang infiniti!!!

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! š¤£

Jika saya boleh memberi 100 bintang, saya akan! Berada di sana untuk ulang tahun istimewa kami, hotel menawarkan kami sebotol wain percuma! Apatah lagi naik taraf bilik percuma ke suite kerana bilik kami dipenuhi dengan bau asap. Suka tempat ini! Mereka sangat hangat!
Lokasinya juga hebat! 5 minit berjalan kaki ke hotel Wynn dan Lisboa, dan berdekatan dengan banyak kedai makan dan kedai serbaneka, barangan runcit. Sudah tentu pilihan yang baik!

very nice hotel to stay, got free upgraded to a garden view room, the room is spacious and luxurious. i took a lot of nice pictures in the hotel room and the garden.
i accidentally lost my bracelet in the hallway, surprisingly the staff cleaner found it and put it in lost and found, with the help of the counter i was able to get it back.
the only downside would be the location is a bit inconvenient, cuz itās far away from the londoner area and there is no shuttle bus, so my family and i had to walk 20mins to get to the main londoner road.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and really loved it. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was big, soft, and super cozy.
We also had a beautiful view, which made the stay even better. We were pleasantly surprised by all the little extras in the room things like shower caps, hair ties, toothpaste, bottled water, and snacks. Everything was included in the price, which was really convenient, and the quality was great.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt really comfortable. We would definitely come back again and stay here in the future.

The Hotel location is near to LRT station and bus station (within walking distance) which made it convenient to travel within Taipa and to Peninsular. The front desk (at Level 21) personnel are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean.

I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
Iāve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and Iām left with a lot of HKD currency which I donāt need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel Iāve lost money.
And itās the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

Terletak berhampiran bandar lama Macau. Berjalan kaki dari kebanyakan tempat. Kolam renang yang bagus, tidak dipanaskan, bilik wap dan sauna yang hebat. Pemandangan sungai yang bagus. Bilik sangat selesa dan besar. Reka bentuk agak tua, memerlukan sedikit penyegaran. Agak mahal untuk apa itu, tiada sarapan pagi. Penuh dengan keluarga dan kanak-kanak di mana-mana, bahagian biasa yang bising semasa cuti Cina. Kakitangan yang baik, sangat membantu.

Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good nightās rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, weāve experienced excellent service beforeābut what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard serviceāit felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptionalāspacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviarāsomething that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive.
There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.

GGuest UserThis was my third stay. At check-in, I requested a room overlooking the pool, and the lovely lady at the front desk took a moment to arrange it for me. Thank you. This time, I visited the shop by the pool, and the service and attitude were noticeably different ā much improved! The staff were all smiling. Perhaps the previous team has been replaced. Despite a small hiccup during my stay, I'm still giving a perfect score.
I feel that the management of this hotel is really dedicated to getting everything right; perhaps some of the lower-level staff haven't quite met those high standards yet. I also tried their spa this time, which was excellent. Overall, a satisfactory stay! š

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.

From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks ā we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great ā they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!

GGuest UserI've been to Macau many times, but this was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace. It's very conveniently located, with a direct shuttle bus from Macau Airport to the hotel. The staff in the lobby were incredibly welcoming, patient, and provided excellent service. The room was also very spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options too. I'd definitely want to stay at Grand Lisboa Palace again on my next trip to Macau.

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

MMelanyyyy04Genuinely, I stayed at quite a number of hotels in Macau but this one was my favorite š¤©, the location is perfect, taxis pass by almost every 10 mins, they have a free shuttle bus, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is 24/7, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service was good but only for some staff members, some staff members seemed a bit arrogant, I remember I called in to ask for some medicine, I know the hotel doesnāt have medicine but little help would have mattered such as helping the guest purchase and I can Pay for the extra help but the only thing they told me was to go to the pharmacy and I didnāt have strength to even walk, I felt like I was going to faint and I didnāt know anyone within Macau, it was only one of the staff members, that over heard my conversation with the other staff and offered me some medicine and even gave me water and kept checking up on me, I really appreciated that so much because I donāt know how I would have left the place without his help, I wish i remembered his name but the medicine was from Philippines so I assume he is from the Philippines. Away from that I remember Charles too, who also had good customer service, overall the hotel is good but other staff members need to pay more attention to service.

AAnonymous UserFirst off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy ā the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops ā I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Childrenās club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
