Great privacy and safety with bed curtains. It's relatively quiet; the room has good soundproofing and convenient transportation. The hygiene could use a bit of improvement, as the pillowcase was a little dirty. Luckily, I brought my own. Charging devices on the top bunk can be a bit inconvenient. They offer luggage storage after check-out. The front desk lady was very friendly and always served with a smile. There's a small bar downstairs where you can grab a drink and relax.

Very quiet location which suited us perfectly, up by the Castle and Fisherman’s area. Served by Bus16 (carefull with bus 16A). Risco Italian round the corner is fantastic, no bars to speak of within 10 mins walk. We were located just up from main hotel in the ‘petite’ location, Room 7 was lovely, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and free minibar is a nice touch. Staff at main hotel were lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Thoroughly deserves its Tripadvisor ratings.

The bathroom was terrible; the toilet and shower flushed terribly. The hairdryer didn't work, and the room was unbearably hot. A very uncomfortable stay.

This hotel's location and facilities are ideal, close to all major attractions. However, our check-in was disappointing. We had booked a double bed, but the blue-haired receptionist assigned us a twin room without notice. The other staff offered to change rooms, but it required a one-hour wait. Having just arrived from a long-haul flight, we were too exhausted to wait any longer. We therefore reluctantly had to accept the incorrect room. We hope the blue-haired receptionist can improve her professional diligence to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.

The hotel is conveniently located to major tourist attractions. Take 100E from airport to Deak Ferenc Ter & a 11min walk to hotel. Nearest train station is just less than 5 mins walk to hotel. There are many bus and tram routes just less than 5mins walk around the hotel. We could do day walks around the district and admire the architectural buildings. The hotel offers decent complimentary breakfast to all guests which is so convenient. St Stephen’s Basilica is just less than 8mins walk from the hotel. The advent markets started when we arrived. There are also several cafes and restaurants around. The service desks staff are very helpful and friendly. My check-in and checkout was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Hotel had everything we needed and the staffs were really nice! It is also very near a metro station, supermarket, and good food. Only down side is that the carpet is slightly stained (might be hard to maintain), otherwise all other facilities was really clean and nice. Also note that it might not be for light sleepers as the road sounds are loud and every hour you’ll get big honking/sirens wailing.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Danube River in Buda. It's very close to major attractions like Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle, all within a 10-15 minute walk. In the evenings, strolling along the Danube is a must, as the scenery on both banks is absolutely beautiful. There's also a bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy single-use or multi-day travel passes, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers. The rooms, while not spacious, are clean and well-maintained. However, I wouldn't recommend booking a room with a balcony. The balconies are small, very close to neighboring ones, and lack any partitions, meaning zero privacy. Breakfast was decent, and the Greek yogurt was particularly delicious. Plus, on the ground floor, fruit tea and hot water are available all day, which was a very convenient touch.

A great hotel in a convenient location. The room was quite big and cozy, and quiet. The spa was nice and included different amenities (pool, saunas, steam room). One thing to improve are the slippers provided. Combined with the water on the floor of the spa makes slipping very easy.

While the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, it is conveniently situated directly on a metro line, with only 3–4 stops to the city center, which takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Regarding airport access: for those traveling light (e.g., with a trolley suitcase), public transportation is a convenient option, with a direct bus to the city center and then metro, total travel time around 50 minutes. For those with heavier luggage, it is recommended to use a taxi for comfort and convenience. The hotel is also next to a large shopping mall and several supermarkets and casual dining options, although higher-quality restaurants are found in the city center. The hotel rooms are adequate and acceptable, with generally fair cleanliness. The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center with a wide variety of machines, allowing for a full-body workout. Additionally, the hotel has a pleasant swimming pool and a very professional and well-heated sauna, which enhances the overall wellness experience. The presence of water dispensers both in the gym and near the sauna is highly appreciated and essential for guest safety, helping to prevent dehydration.

The hotel is right on the Buda fisherman bastion the best location,a little pricey. Disappointed due to no air conditioning hotel said they put off air conditioning during this season Starting October. Most of Europe does this. They instructed us to just open windows,if a person has respiratory issues it would affect their breathing. The temperature of the room is not consistent near the window is cold away from the window is hot, Otherwise it is a good place to stay.
