GGuest UserSimply beautiful a dream large room from the finest and a wonderful rich breakfast and very nice staff from breakfast to reception simply for the comfort and several times a little small but still uses the swimming pool there Can you relax and it's okay we can come back guaranteed.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding.
However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one.
What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory.
Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

GGary0423The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.

I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

They provide dinner as well, strongly recommended! Daily different dinner offered such like grilled chicken, vegetables, salad, salmon, lamb, beef, sweets and fruits in the inviting harmonious atmosphere restaurant.

GGuest UserWe loved this hotel. The rooms were large with plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the park and there were many restaurants nearby. There is a salt cave very close by that we also enjoyed. The spa is a little disorganized but the treatments were very good. I would definitely go back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were not only very clean and stylishly furnished, but also incredibly comfortable. The spa area deserves special mention – modern, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The massage was a real highlight: professional, soothing, and just the thing to unwind. The hotel's location is also excellent – central yet quiet, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely be back!

FFloraThe location is very convenient, the pedestrian street is out, the room style is very novel and super spacious! The reception staff is friendly, the breakfast is simple, and the water dispenser is provided on the first floor. If you drive by yourself, the nearby parking lot is a bit far away, but very close to the bus station.

The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

WWKEIt is excellent to have both breakfast and dinner included in the booking. The 1st night dinner is too salty and the second night dinner becomes normal taste and very good. There are variety of food in breakfast.
