Mon séjour c’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est tres luxueux et offre un calme très appréciable. Le personnel est aussi très sympathique, à l’écoute et accueillant. Je recommande totalement, hâte d’y retourner !

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.

It's good, but this time the bed feels like the quilt cover is too old, and the air conditioner is also relatively old. Generally speaking, if the price is around 600, it's not bad, but sometimes the price changes to more than 800, which is relatively expensive.

The overall facilities of the hotel are old, with three elevators, but they are very slow, and it takes 5 minutes to wait for the elevator during peak hours. I felt a strange smell on the first day of check-in, and my colleagues also reported the same problem. Advantages: There is a regular airport bus to pick up and drop off, There is a shopping mall next to it, and there are many food on the third floor, There are restaurants on the street in front of the door, local barbecue, and 4 Chinese restaurants within 1km (this is a good comment)

Sanitation facilities are a bit old

The room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.
