Hotel Dengan Pools di Algiers Province, Algeria

Although my stay was very short it was excellent. Great service, great room and breakfast was excellent.

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

Mon séjour c’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est tres luxueux et offre un calme très appréciable. Le personnel est aussi très sympathique, à l’écoute et accueillant. Je recommande totalement, hâte d’y retourner !

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

トランジットで利用しました。当日に空港からホテルまでのバス送迎サービスを頼もうとしたところ、trip.comとホームページに記載のある電話番号が9時間ほど繋がらなかったので、不安を感じました。事前に頼んでおくことをお勧めします。 空港までの戻りは、一時間に一本あるらしく、手配してくれました。 その他のサービスは、問題ありませんでした。 朝ご飯は、種類は多くないものの、アルジェリアらしいお菓子が数種類あり、楽しめました。パンも美味しかったです。
