Hotel Dengan Pools di Harjumaa, Estonia

Dear sirs, Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all, how we could fit that room???? Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!! Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ?? Thanks in advacne, Brgds,Petri kalkkinen

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

Нету кондиционеров, вообще. Очень душно, за окном жара 27 градусов. Ночью пришлось спать с открытым окном, но на улице комары. В здании полным ходом идет ремонт, что тоже создаёт свои неудобства. Завтраки очень скудные. Бананы на завтраке лежали уже все черные. Персонал вежливый, спа отличное, бесплатная вода в номере. Сюда только ради спа, если просто остановиться на ночь, то лучше рассмотреть другой вариант.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.

A very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time). Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room. Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

ripoff hotel 🙄they charge you with the water even you dont use them . Cleaner comes in and gIve you water bottles as soon as u use they charges without notifying. Big brands like this dont give you 1 water bottle which normaly offered in smallest hotels around the world . its a scam ,

Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen Tallin entfernt. In der Altstadt ist man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und besitzen einen Fernseher sowie Bad (mit Dusche). Die Aufzüge (vier Stück) sind ebenso sehr schnell!

房間設施比較老舊了，不過周邊生態環境很好，我住的房外是一片森林，很安靜。另外酒店建在海岸邊上，有不錯的海岸線，風景很善良，還有酒吧，也不錯！ 房間裏還有廚房設備，可以自己做飯，而且周邊附近有超市，所以我看到廚房設備齊全，就動了心，自己立馬採購了一點食材，過了一把自助做飯的癮，很適合親子家庭度假。

酒店不錯，乾淨，設施很全，服務員都很熱情，而且過了馬路就是塔林老城，非常便利。去機場可以做M2公交車，酒店右轉200米就是公交站，非常便利。
