WwanderingmumSecond time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review.
The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation.
The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas.
The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

DDennis 陈It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness.
Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers!
Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna.
Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested.
The saving grace is the good comfy bed. Room is spacious.

RRyuki kI had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day.
The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions.
Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

GGuest UserA very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time).
Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room.
Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

GGuest UserVery clean and quiet hotel, lovely shower, bathrobes and slippers. Amazing spa and chocolate hour is a nice touch. However the check in was long as there was a queue and one person at the reception. Not so happy with the bedding, uncomfortable pillows and soft mattress. Not worth paying extra for breakfast, limited choice and extra €5 for fresh orange juice is not acceptable. At breakfast we felt rushed and pestered by the waitresses.

GGuest UserThe rooms were wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with incredibly comfortable beds and fantastic views, guaranteeing a restful night. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center, offering convenient access to transport. The breakfast spread was extensive and very generous. Furthermore, the rooms were spotlessly clean.

JjamesblairDirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.
