Facilities: Although the hotel is older, the facilities are not outdated and are well-maintained. There's a restaurant, swimming pool, and gym on the first floor, and a rooftop bar for drinks. Hygiene: The room was clean, tidy, and spacious compared to other hotels. Service: The service was excellent, and they were very patient with explanations. Environment: It's about 6 kilometers from the airport, and there's a shuttle service. You need to book it in advance at the front desk.

The room is old-fashioned, but generally clean and spacious. The carpet is a dark blue cloth carpet from the 1980s to 1990s. Smoking is not allowed, as cigarette ash can easily burn holes in it. There is no hot water in the bathroom, or the hot water temperature is too low and feels cold.

I have booked this hotel even for someone else. My friend said it was recommended because all the services were good, friendly, and the food was delicious. Just maintain what you have. Always be successful with the hotel...

The hotel is okay. The place in Jambi is not big. You can only walk around a few streets. The market share is average. Chinese restaurants are more expensive and the hotel is just average.

This is the second time I've stayed here, the first was that the room had a leaking ceiling, so I contacted the staff and immediately changed the room. For the second time there was no problem, only the wifi was slow, coincidentally there was work in the middle of the night, luckily there was a data package, coincidentally breakfast was accompanied by Oyen, thank you

Great overall, just a bit limited in breakfast variety. Hopefully, they can improve that. Still recommended and hope they maintain the quality!
