We had two issues - the hotel has a bar and had a number of wines and sujo on the menu but had none of any. These are essential for tourists at this type of hotel
At breakfast we ordered coffee
It was so slow coming that we had to leave before it arrived
Which was very disappointing as I like coffee with my breakfast
The breakfast selection was good

Ag.jpgI chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport, and for that, it definitely delivers. It’s convenient if you have an early flight or are just passing through Padang. That said, there’s not much within walking distance around the hotel, so I’d recommend taking a taxi or Gojek if you want to go out for food or explore a bit. I went to dinner at Rumah Makan LAMUN OMBAK and highly recommend it — really good food and definitely worth the short drive.
The service was excellent. Everyone at check-in was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped recommend places to eat and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Definitely 5/5 for service.
Cleanliness was probably the weakest part of the stay. The sheets didn’t feel fully clean, and the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom vent also seemed pretty dirty and may have had mold. That said, the AC worked well, the room was affordable, and overall it gets the job done.
You do have to adjust expectations a little — this is Padang, not a luxury resort. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid budget airport hotel if convenience is your main priority. It was quiet and no construction so that’s important to me.

EmmylliaBig room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well.
U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times.
The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs.
The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive.
Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy.
Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

The only downside was the smoking room, which had quite a strong smell. I should have opted for a non-smoking room instead, as the receptionist kindly suggested earlier. Overall good experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the mornings.
I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful scenery in Bukittinggi.
