We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol

We have a excellent experience during stay at Chanakya from check in to check out. During check in time, we received a warm welcome by the staff at reception and room allotted within a short time maintaining all formalities. Room service and house keeping were prompt. Quality of food was also good. Hassel free bill payment gave me a good experience.

Really happy with the experience I got in Ramada I almost stayed for 17 days in Ramada jamshedpur. Really very well mannered staff and humble . Helpful will they are needed a specially jampot staff Baljeet Singh and Sanjay Pradhan, Raj , Pallabh, Prachi, Suvarna,Nayan and there entire team made us feel very comfortable while dining soft-spoken staff and attentive even I appreciate all of them . And even management is really good and cleaning staff is also very attentive and well mannered dedicated to their work i appreciate all of them . Regards

As i was late in check in, i called them to inform the same. Checked in late and face some unexpected situation like bathroom fittings not working at all, ask for driver to operate the same, though they ask for a room change but late check in and again room shifting not possible. Ac not working, tv set top bx not re changed, qr for menu for dinner not found, inter communication tele connect not have any dail tone. When i informed them earlier, then everything should be expected in place. But not happened so.
