It is a lovely hotel. However the service was lacking slightly for a 5 star hotel. For example, they were aware the tv was broken in most rooms, but there did not seem to be an impetus to fix them. The door to our bedroom was not working properly and there were smaller cosmetic issues most particularly noticed in the gym. It was a lovely stay, but there definitely is room for improvement.

GGuest UserConvenient location, about 40 minutes drive from Dublin city center. The hotel is clean and comfortable, Check in is very fast and the service is good. The swimming pool and sauna facilities are perfect. Enjoyed a delicious and rich breakfast. Definitely come again next time.
