Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Nice service and ambience . Easy check in process. Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

Good room & good service only have to clearly remind them to clean the room. Left room key at reception but room was not cleaned, was cleaned later when asked. Overall good experience.

We reached gauhati from calcutta at 1.00 noon .we were alloted rooms immideatly and our luggage was sent to room . The property was excellent . Lush green . Shivji temple was there They had golf carts for internal transportations Food was very good Staff was very courtous We had two nights stay . The room was spacious . Bathroom clean Flush was working They had a generator for power backup

Resort is pretty, stay was comfortable. But service was not upto par. We had ordered evening snacks at 6 40 pm which was delivered to our room at 9 pm. We were continuously following up with room service but the only response we received was “we will let you know”. Therefore disappointed with the service.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

GGuest UserThe property is excellent Adjacent to NH 715 The property have a serene view and it’s really ROYAL We stayed at the premier room and it’s worth every penny Food is little pricy but it’s ok We had Chicken ala kiev Smoked barbecue chicken with Mexican rice Chilly chicken Chicken fried rice Every cuisine was delicious Specially u loved their continental cuisine The breakfast is good Variety to choose Most importantly the owner Mr Mahanta frequently visits this place and monitors everything The plants and greeneries needs to be looked after Some of the seasonal plants are low in maintenance The landscaping needs to be done properly
