A Timeless Gem in Maratea From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and instantly felt at home. The property is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. We especially loved the private rocky beach with crystal-clear turquoise water—a rare find. The hotel carries a vintage 50s–60s vibe but is well-updated for comfort. Though we didn’t get to use it this time, the tennis court was a nice bonus. Overall, a peaceful, elegant retreat that we can’t wait to return to. There was a small miscommunication about sunscreen availability at the beach club—we were charged ( 59 euro for the sunscreen) at checkout without prior notice- as we thought they provide sunscreen when we asked for it at the beach. ( lost in translation 😛) It didn’t affect our experience, but clearer communication would have been appreciated. Staff were lovely, warm, and helpful throughout. A true hidden gem—highly recommended for a relaxed, upscale getaway.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We specifically came to Mateta for one night from the Salerno area to enjoy the spa and dinner. As always it did not disappoint! The junior suite room was spectacular. The spa was amazing. The a massages were amazing. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was delicious. The staff is great. Left looking forward to our next trip back! See you soon Gattini!

The room is very nice, the balcony is really amazing, and the scenery is looking out. The room is quite big, all aspects are very clean Breakfast is delicious and rich in variety In addition to not bringing a large suitcase, it is really inconvenient, walking up and down are stairs But it's a good fit for the landscape. The booking is a bit disgusting, it can't be cancelled, I found that the last day was 500 cheaper, so I wanted to cancel the reservation, but I didn't let the cancellation.

Excellent hotel but way out of town in a lonely industrial area, perfect for those with a car. Wifi in some rooms is quite disappointing too. other than that, modern facilities including swimming pool (closed in December obviously), ample car park, large bedrooms, and superb breakfast.

Amazing hotel with cave like design, super clean room, the only drawback is we needed to carry the luggage up the hotel as it’s located slightly up the hill, the hotel staff was very helpful to have helped, it was worth the walk.

This resort hotel is so beautiful. It is convenient to drive here. It is ten minutes away from Matera scenic spot. We were treated to champagne when we checked in. The hotel yard is beautiful, and there is a landscape swimming pool where you can watch the sunset. The room has a small kitchen where you can cook instant noodles. The breakfast is not very good, but it is very exquisite. There are few guests here and it is very quiet.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il luogo. Posto a circa 500 m slm ha una visuale pazzesca. L'albergo è un po vecchiotto, ma molto pulito e ben tenuto. La camera pulita, si vede che è una camera destinata alle prenotazioni online per last minute, frigo bar vuoto, c'è la vasca da bagno e non la doccia, non c'è vista mare e I fiori sul davanzale sono secchi cosa che da un senso di abbandono. L'orologio nella hall non è regolato all'orario giusto. Il personale della reception (non tutti) è poco incline al sorriso e spesso bisogna strappare loro le informazioni. Posto (gli amanti degli inglesismi direbbelo location) 10+. Pulizia 10. Personale 6=.:l' Hotel è a pochi chilometri dal centro di Maratea dispiace non ci sia una navetta da e per il centro ogni sera con le stesse modalità di prenotazione per la spiaggia. Avere meno auto in giro per Maratea anche questa è sostenibilità. Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi. Valutazione complessiva più che sufficiente.

We were good. The hotel, walking, is far from the historic center, but we knew this already when we booked. They organise receptions and events and perhaps just for this reason we couldn't have dinner the evening of our stay. The breakfast was excellent with high quality craft products, and the lady that was the manager of the service, whom I don't remember the name, very sympathetic and friendly, as well as very professional. We were affected by the passion and preparation he had to answer the tourists' questions, and perhaps the only note was the coincidence with an event not quiet, but still finished at a reasonable time.
