Hotel Dengan Pools di Sicily, Italy

Soggiornata in questa struttura per due giorni! Tutto perfetto! Dal mangiare , alle camere spaziose (superior) al servizio in spiaggia! Ottima anche la pizza ( con forno elettrico) servita sul terrazzo con vista mare.. Tengo a precisare che sono rimasta sorpresa dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, cosa non scontata.

The hotel boasts excellent amenities and a prime location, a private entrance to the Valley of Temples. However, there's room for improvement in the service department; it falls short of delivering a consistently five-star experience. The staffs could enhance their customer orientation and avoid a selective attention to guests.

Расположение в паре минут от Мессинских ворот, ведущих в старый город. Очень удобный сервис для прибывших на авто - Vallet Car: сотрудник отеля забирает автомобиль и перегоняет его на крытую городскую парковку, сутки обходятся в 25€. Самый доступный номер имеет вид на стену, правда, декорированную искусственной зеленью. Номера просторные, очень чисто, есть чай/кофе, халаты, а вот тапочки дают по запросу. Великолепный завтрак «шведский стол», открытый бассейн с лежаками. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Время выезда непривычно раннее - 10:30, но нам разрешили задержаться на 40 минут.

Mercure hotel although out of Ortigia out town enjoys a very nice location next to the archeological site and next to regional bus stops that take you to cities like Noto. The pool on the rooftop is clean and well maintained and the reception is nice and welcoming. The rooms are cool with floor to ceiling window bays and the breakfast on the rooftop is heavenly especially with the fresh ricotta and cannelloni. This is for me the must be in hotel when in Siracusa.

Ottimo Hotel ad Alcamo Marina con Area Benessere, camere confortevoli, servizio ineccepibile, discreta la colazione, lo consiglio vivamente

Struttura non rinnovata, pur in ottima posizione. Letti abbastanza scomodi, poca insonorizzazione riscaldamento poco funzionante. Lato peggiore la colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità e poco assortita.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel.  Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available.  Our room was a recently renovated room and was very clean with a balcony.  The views in the morning were fantastic watching the sun rise up over the sea.  It’s about a 20 minute drive into the centre of Catania. Mount Etna is about a 40 minute drive  Would not recommend staying here unless you have a car, there isn’t much in walking distance apart from other hotels.   Staff were pleasant and helpful.  Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel bar was also nice.  Hotel grounds were well kept and very scenic. Parking is onsite in a secure lot.

Nice historic hotel close to Isola di Ortigia in Siracusa. Breakfast is included and good. The suite has three rooms and a quite big bathroom. It's very clean and bed was made everyday. Nice. Small balconies available and you have sunlight all day round, it's not cold in January. Good!

Struttura bellissima, personale sempre molto gentile e cortese i ragazzi della sala sono fantastici sempre con il sorriso e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. La cucina è DIVINA non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità dei piatti. Le camere bellissime, ampie ma soprattutto molto luminose e pulite.
