Firstly, the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the castle and right across to the street turned into the big market where you can buy anything you need. Starbucks a minute walk if you like chill out as well. Staff very helpful at check in. Would definitely come back!

Nice stay. We had a good time at the hot springs. The location is convenient since it’s right at the shopping street. You can find all the food, local or western style, just nearby.

The leisure room type with massage chair(seen by the photo on the web) that I booked via trip.com was sold out when I arrived at 9.30pm, appreciated that finally a higher ranked staff offered me a room in the Annex building, thank-you so much.

松山市駅から徒歩数分の花園町通りに面した場所に立地。チェックインはマシンを使ったセルフ対応、慣れていないと画面操作が分からず、結局はホテルスタッフに操作方法を聞きながらチェックイン、スタッフの方は丁寧に教えてくれたが…このパターンのホテルは宿泊者がチェックイン時にマシン入力を省ける様にホテル会員カードの所有を促しているのかな。エレベーターはセンサーにルームカードキーをタッチさせ階ボタンを押すタイプ。建物全体や部屋の内装は今時のカジュアル&スタイリッシュな造り、開業から日が浅いのでとても綺麗、wifiはダウン・アップ共に速度は概ね良好。1階の朝食スペースは昼から夜にかけてはライブラリーカフェとなっておりコーヒーとレモンウォーターがフリーとなっていた、ライブラリーの棚には松山らしく坂の上の雲の本が。更にはフリーのコーヒーマシンはフロントの横にもある。ホテルに大浴場が無いのは道後温泉まで伊予鉄で20分170円で行けるので、ホテルの売りにならず競合は避けたのかな… 新しく綺麗なホテルで快適に過ごせました。今回は早朝に出発したので無料朝食は頂く事が出来なかった。

スタンダードツインに2泊しました。駐車場ビューでしたが、広くはないもののバスルームを含めとても清潔、ベッドサイドのUSBポートがスマホの充電に便利でした。また、アメニティのドリップコーヒーと空の冷蔵庫が良かったです。部屋にはスリッパと雪駄があり、ビーチサンダルが好きな私には外を歩くのに抵抗がない雪駄が快適でした。最上階にある大浴場は部屋のテレビで混雑度が分かり、眺めの良い清潔な露天風呂もあって癒されました。朝は6:00からで2日間とも6:00に行きましたが、結構混んでいたのでもう少し早く開くと良かったと思います。朝食は2日間ともメニューは同じでしたが、もともとの選択肢が非常に多かったので、飽きることはありませんでした。宇和島鯛めしと豆腐、フレンチトーストが特に美味で、毎朝食べ過ぎました。街からのアクセスも良く、道後温泉に宿泊する機会があったら、次回も選択したいと思います。

アゴダで予約してシングル一泊3,200円で8泊9日宿泊しました。昨年宿泊した際は一泊4,000円位だったので、コロナの影響が大きいようです。 長所は、やはりコスパです。ホテルの設備は年季が入っていますが、掃除も行き届いているし、フロントの対応も丁寧でよかったです。 短所としては、ホテル設備の年季でしょうか。不便はないものの、古さは否めません。あと、朝食が少し高いです。素泊まりプランだったので追加で支払いました。鯛めしとじゃこ天を食べましたが、少し高いかなと。 立地としては、周辺にコンビニがたくさんあるのでちょっとした買い物は困りません。スーパーが徒歩15分くらい道後温泉方面に行ったところにありました。ドン・キホーテも徒歩10分程度のところにありました。商店街の大街道へは徒歩5分くらいで、それまでに居酒屋やバーがたくさんあります。コロナで飲食店が20時閉店もしくは休業状態だったので、飲み屋はあまり利用する機会はありませんでした。あと、空港バスの大街道駅で降りて、そこから徒歩10分です。大通りを横切らなければいけないので、大きなスーツケースがある場合はタクシーの方が楽かもしれません。 また、松山で宿泊する機会があれば泊まりたいなと思います。

リーズナブル価格なのにお風呂とトイレが別なので選びました。前回に続き2回目のお泊まり。お風呂はひとりには充分な狭すぎず広すぎずの広さです。お掃除も行き届き、必要ない物がひととおり整っています。紅茶パックが2種用意されているが、ロビーにでもお茶のティーパックが置いてあると良いなと思いました。 今回のお部屋はベッドから松山城を見上げるいい感じでした。 早朝に隣の部屋から早朝目覚ましアラームが自分のスマホから鳴っているように聞こえたのはびっくりでしたけど、他は快適でした。 スタッフの対応も良く、また利用したいと思います。

サンルート松山さんは、正直、経年劣化はあります。しかし、それか加味しても空港からバスで２０分程度(路面バスなら350円)、JR松山駅からなら、なんと3分の近さ(; ･`д･´)道後温泉にも徒歩３分の路面電車乗り場から、で乗り換えなしの200円以内で簡単に行けます(私は自転車で３０分位)ホテル内にちょい飲みメニューもあり、飲み放題なのでついつい酔っぱらってしまします(笑)　当然、お食事も単品もコースもあります。近隣に安くって美味してお店もありますし、総合施設のキスケに行けば、マック、ラーメン店、うどん店と天然温泉もとにかくコンビニも有困る事はありません。ホテルから徒歩２分位です。駐車場も併設で便利。景色も松山駅側は電車が見えるし、松山城側輪は夜のお城が見えます。夜景見ながらビールは最高でした。一番良かった思い出はフロント、食事処のホテルマン、清掃のおばさんもみなさん大変おもてなしが良かったところです。気持ちよく３日間宿泊でき思う存分、松山観光ができました。前になかった、サンルート松山さんのYouTubeを使った観光案内で「とあるホテルの５代目社長」と言うまさに、松山観光と美味しいお店の紹介が動画でわかる番組が新しく解説されていました。ぜひ参考にしてください。絶対損はないと思います(笑)まだまだこのホテルの魅力はありますが、あとはご自身で体験してください。私が定宿にしている理由がわかると思います。日本中を旅している私が予約が埋まるのがいやで教えたくなかったお忍びの宿です。ほどほどにご利用くださいね(笑)　また行くぜサンルート松山。

Great location. Easy walk to Matsuyma Castle. Right next door to Okaido shopping gallery with restaurants, convenience stores etc. Chose this hotel because of photos of the Skyspa - on top floor of hotel, indoor & outdoor. Especially great at night sitting in the outdoor spa looking at the city lights. Friendly staff, helpful. Beautiful, modern hotel. Easily accessible by tram from JR Matsuyama heading for Dogo Onsen. And as with many places in Japan where little Englsih is spoken - please be patient and polite

This hotel is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance of the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle and very close to trams going in both directions around the city center. My wife and I would definitely stay here again; it's less congested than the Dogo Onsen area. The staff are all very kind. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance of the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle and very close to trams going in both directions around the city center. My wife and I would definitely stay here again; it's less congested than the Dogo Onsen area. The staff are all very kind. The bed was very comfortable.

Very disappointed to be writing this review... Firstly, their website is dreadfully dated and their booking system puzzling, even comically so. It almost feels like using the Wayback Machine... I tried booking five or six months in advance and so I wrote to the hotel to express my excitement for both coming back to Imabari where I once lived and worked teaching English in 1999, and also that I had always wanted to stay at the hotel, as I actually lived directly across the road from the hotel and always thought it so exclusive and luxurious-looking, and it was the talk-of-the-town back in '99 when they were still very new. I was willing to pay a substantial room rate for a Tatami Suite (approx. ¥30,000 per night for three nights) however was advised that they were sold-out for my desired dates-of-stay in March 2023. What irked me is that no alternative accommodation options were offered, despite there still being availability on third-party websites such as *********** and ******* for other room types, and there was no acknowledgment of my excitement and enthusiasm for wanting to be a guest of theirs' after so many years, or for any disappointment caused. This is terrible service, and not exactly what one would call 'growing the business' to reject a potential guest despite having other rooms and suites available to sell. We instead booked ourselves a washitsu (traditional Japanese tatami room) at Hotel Kikusui Imabari down by the port, which was cute, comfortable, clean, and looks to have had recently had a refurbishment of their guestrooms as the bathrooms while small were nice and new. The cost of this room was also about a third of what the Kokusai Imabari Hotel asks for their Tatami Suites as well. I still wanted to go to the Kokusai Imabri Hotel however and at least see their gardens and lobby, pick up some Imbari towels from the official store at the front entrance, and have breakfast in their restaurant. The lobby is very nice and it does have the grandeur of a Japanese hotel trying to be a European hotel without being tacky or dated, and it does appear that they have recently cleaned all the chandeliers (I'd read other reviews and this seems to have been a first impression for a lot of guests, so this was a nice surprise to see them dust-free). We had a look at the gardens outside and they were very nice and maintained as to be expected with Japanese gardens. So why the 1 star review? Well, we wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought would be a five-star breakfast. We were told to go upstairs to the mezzanine level and we met a nice lady staff member who advised that breakfast would be roughly ¥2,400 per person. No problem, that's fair for a good buffet breakfast. We were then however lead into a huge banquet hall with only a couple of dozen guests dining, which made it feel even emptier and more like a school cafeteria rather than a classy restaurant. The hotel's reception area and bar are quite modern with some cute Japanese décor and homewares on shelves. There is also a complimentary 'amenity buffet' so you can pick up some extra soaps, shampoos, bath salts, etc. any time you need them. We had a wa****su (traditional Japanese tatami room) on the 3rd floor that was moderate in size but very clean and looks to have had a recent renovation as the bathroom was very new and modern. Imabari's main shopping street is just a 2 minute walk away with some nice coffee shops and homeware stores. There are also two Poeme stores very closeby where you can buy Imabari's local sweet treat which are perfect with coffee and also as a boxed gift idea too! The nearest convenience store (a Family Mart) is about a 5 minute walk away and Imabari Castle is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front entrance and makes for an interesting afternoon and has an excellent 360 degree view from the top. The hotel has bicycles that you can rent for free, however the seats were very uncomfortable and even a little painful (though it might just be me, as I haven't ridden a bicycle in quite a few years and am a big heavy Australian bloke!) Our futons were very comfortable and we had a great nights' sleep and felt very refreshed in the morning. Unfortunately we made the decision to go to the Imabari Kokusai Hotel for breakfast instead of having breakfast at Hotel Kikusui Imabari and we had quite possibly the worst buffet breakfast there. Really regret we didn't just stay and have breakfast in-house, as the food at Kikusui looked to have been far better and at a fraction of the price too! Couldn't fault this hotel and will absolutely stay again on my next visit to my old hometown of Imabari!

Das Hotel ist ganz in Ordnung für eine Nacht. Generell sind die Hotels in Imabari relativ teuer, dieses war okay. Sauberkeit hat auch gepasst, die Zimmer waren halt keine Schönheiten, aber das interessiert nach 76 km Fahrradfahren auch nicht mehr.

施設としては、今時珍しい湯舟と洗い場のある風呂だったりして懐かしく感じました。なんとなく昭和っぽいと言いますか。今治銀座の北の果てにあり、駅からの立地はよろしくありませんが、その分、今治城はすぐそこです。商店街は、しまなみ海道全通以来、すっかりシャッター通りになっていますが、空き店舗に少しずつ新感覚のお店も現れています。そういう、古き良き今治を偲び、わびしい気分も楽しめる旅人には良い宿かもしれませんね。朝食は無料でついている、ホットコーヒーは飲み放題。ま、努力はされています。

Truly excellent facilities. My friends and I were so impressed. It’s a hostel but you do get private spaces, basically giant cubicles with blinds and curtains to give you some privacy. Facilities were basic, but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well, despite seeming quite busy. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the perfect hostel is still a hostel. You get people talking late into the night keeping you up with their mumbling. You have people snoring. It’s nothing the hostel can really do anything about, but it’s something to bear in mind.

Me, my husband and daughter stayed here after a days cycling. The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The friendliest people we met in the whole 2 weeks. This place stood out to me. The girls behind reception were super helpful with great English. Our 2nd day of cycling was cancelled due to rain and we were given a shuttle bus ride to the bus stop so we could get to Imabari. Highly recommend a stay here. Me and my husband stayed in one of the cosy huts which had a terrace and my adult daughter had a dormitory all to herself.

(2023/04/04) Mi recomendación es que no duermas en Omishima si puedes evitarlo. Si no puedes evitarlo, te recomiendo que evites este alojamiento. La persona que nos atendió no se mostró nada atenta. Hablaba inglés, pero se limitó decinos como poner la clave para abrir la puerta principal, qué habitación debíamos utilizar y dónde estaban los baños. No parece muy seguro, solo tiene una clave para la entrada principal y unos lockers. Hay solo dos baños y dos duchas para al rededor de 5 habitaciones de entre 2 y 4 camas cada una. Las habitaciones y los baños parecen limpios. Las camas son muy incómodas, los colchones/futones están gastados. La planta inferior y recepción no se parecen a las fotos que ha publicado el propietario, se ve abarrotado, caótico y sucio. La Red WiFi es lenta. No sirven desayuno. Da la sensación de haber tenido muy buen rollo en algún momento pero nuestra experiencia no ha sido esa para nada. Es una verdadera pena. 😞

非常推薦的酒店。首先，風景是絕美的，從房間望出去，海闊雲高，千帆過盡。附近，有一個登山而上的展望台，可以把來島海峽大橋盡收眼底。還可以下到海灘，從另一個角度展望海峽，海灘上一個人也沒有，可以獨享清靜。附近還有一個租自行車車點，不過建議要儘早去，因為是按天收費的，早晨8點到晚上6點，必須歸還。一天最便宜的自行車車型是3000日元一天。可以沿着海峽大橋騎行到龜山公園，或者騎行到更遠的地方，衹要你體力和時間都夠用。早晚餐很豐盛。

設施：酒店軟件很好，多少彌補了它硬件的不足……雙床房面積不小，還有個三人沙發，衹是浴室太小，台階又高是硬傷。 衞生：雖然裝修老舊，依然乾淨整潔。 環境：酒店位置極佳，就在宇和島JR站對面，小城很安靜，前台女士推薦的烤肉館相當不錯👌距離酒店步行也就十幾分鍾。 服務：辦理入住後寄存的行李箱已經被送到房間了，前台熱情耐心服務無可挑剔。如果不是長居者推薦入住。

I actually booked this hotel for a night in late March as I was doing a solo trip around Shikoku. I did not end up staying the night, however I thought my experience might benefit some other travelers. Check-in process was fine and the hotel offers a selection of amenities (razors, towels, soaps, water, etc) at the front desk for no extra charge which is nice although pretty standard for a Japanese business hotel. The room itself seemed fine, however there is no cold air conditioning. For some people it's probably not a big issue to not have cold AC - and to be fair the window in my room did open, however with no screen on it. For me I have a very hard time sleeping if it's too hot or humid in my room so this was a bit of an issue. I called the front desk to confirm that it was a HOT air conditioning only, which it was. I've encountered this once before in Japan and usually I'm pretty careful to confirm in advance because in Japan ”air conditioning” typically seems to mean heat so it can be a bit tricky. In any case, I also asked about a fan for the room but that did not have that. So instead I took a walk around the area and found another hotel down the road that had a vacancy and cold AC. Again, this is a very specific issue but I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who has trouble sleeping in hot/humid conditions. I grew up in the deep south of the US so I'm certainly used to it I just don't enjoy it on my vacation. If this is not an issue for you then this is a fine and very convenient property.
