Hotel Dengan Pools di Gunma Prefecture, Japan

We stayed 1 night at Kusatsu Onsen hotel village. It's indeed a resort which offers many activities (table tennis, bowling, game arcade etc.) and a separate spa center with swimming pool and sauna. We didn't bother to step out the hotel until we had to leave Kusatsu. The dinner and breakfast buffet were delicious too. There is shampoo and bathing tools for babies in the ladies bath. I believe it's suitable for family with young children.

一泊二食的酒店，在草津來講是非常大型的酒店，前台有會説中文的台胞，早晚餐是自助餐，食物選擇非常多，訂的是帶私湯的房間，房間不大，一家三口人住有點擠。門口就有7-11和一個超市，走去湯畑很近，酒店也有班車接送，不過最早的班次是15:00。酒店的行政酒廊有小糕點，15:00-17:30期間可以去吃吃東西喝喝飲料，也有專屬的泡湯區，有免費的起泡酒喝，訂有私湯的房間會贈送酒廊和專屬泡湯區使用權限，否則要收費。

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel. The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days. When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

11月の三連休を利用してお伺いしました。 宿泊前日だったけど予約が取れたのはラッキーでした。 しかし伊香保の観光スポットから少し外れた場所のホテルだったのでシャトルバスに乗れないと徒歩は大変かな？ 距離的には徒歩10分位で石段街に着くのですが、結構坂道がキツいです（タクシーにも歩いて行けますって言われました） シャトルバスもホテル玄関直付は無く時間も18時過ぎには無くなるので石段街や河鹿橋の夜景が撮りたかったですが、外は寒く坂道で断念しました。 楽しみの温泉は地下の岩風呂と3階の大浴場が有ります。 岩風呂は時間制で男女が入れ代わりますが、男性はちょっと入りにくい時間が多いです、夜は20時位まで、朝は8時30分からです（それ以外は女性になります） チェックイン17時で18時過ぎに晩御飯食べると岩風呂に入るタイミングが無く朝の出立でバタバタしている時に入るのはちょっと残念でした。大浴場は清潔で良かったですが… 夕食はブュッフェ、朝食はバイキングでした。 ブュッフェは蟹が有りましたが、水っぽくて身も少ない。 お寿司も回転寿司レベルかな？ その他の料理やお肉は美味しい物が多かったので残念。 あと飲み放題が有れば嬉しいかな。 朝食のバイキングは大満足でした！どの料理も美味しいです。 お部屋はツインでしたが清潔で内風呂に小さいですが檜風呂！ テレビで各施設の混雑状況が分かるのは良かったです。 従業員さんも皆さん丁寧な対応でしたが、昔のおもてなしを期待するとガッカリする方も居るかな？時代ですよね。 総合すると少し残念が目立ちますが、満足出来ました！

ナウリゾートさんは大変丁寧で且つ親切、目配り、挨拶、接客、全てが最高でした ただ、tripさんで申し込んだ部屋は家族では使えないと部屋を変えられました 子供が入れないと、、、予約は確かに子供予約してます 写メも明細もあります 結局tripさんへの支払いの他に　7万弱をまた支払い部屋を変えられました（ ; ; ） その部屋はすごく良い部屋でしたが、今後この様な事がない様tripさんお願い致します。

信越線磯部駅から徒歩6分ほどのロケーション。高崎からの温泉街で言ったらここが1番近いと思います。内装は昔ながらの温泉宿という感じで、風情を感じられて素晴らしいです。強いて言うなら、部屋の扉の下部分が数センチ空いているので、大騒ぎは出来ないかもしれないです。

หากคุณเป็นชาวต่างชาติสิ่งสำคัญที่ต้องมีคือ เครื่องมือแปลภาษา เพราพนง.พูดอังกฤษไม่ได้ หรือสำเนียงเราฟังไม่ออก และเมื่อสื่อสารกันไม่ได้ ทำให้เค้ามีกิริยาที่ไม่พอใจใส่เรา (พนง.ไม่ยิ้มให้เราเลย90%) มีพนง.คนแก่ ที่ยิ้มแย้ม โดยเฉพาะพนง.รับจองกิจกรรมสกี 🤬🤬แย่สุด อาหาร ธรรมดา ไม่ได้หลากหลายหรืออร่อย ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ำออนเซ็นพร้อมของใช้ ดีเลิศ สรุปคือ เพราะการสื่อสารที่ไม่ดีและพนง.ไม่มีความกระตือรือร้นในการแนะนำกิจกรรมหิมะ ทำให้ทริปของฉันจบด้วยน้ำตา😭😭 จากที่ตั้งใจจะมาเล่นกิจกรรมหิมะมากมาย กลายเป็นได้แค่เดินเล่น ปั้นหิมะ และนอนคลุกหิมะแทน ทริปหน้าคงไม่มาที่นี่แล้ว คงไปหาโรงแรมที่ยินดีต้อนรับคนไทยมากกว่านี้

After our stay at Nikko, Spax felt underwhelming. Truth be told, it is more due the location of kusatsu which is an onsen town. Spax was more a place to rest for the night and not much can be expected from it. The photos look way better than actual. Could be the hotel is in the process of renovation. Our room just happened to have more tape patching things up. Actually i don't think i have stayed in a hotel with tape holding things together. That said, the staff makes up for the lacking by their gentle manners, serving of tea and coffee at the lobby.

Lokasi yang sangat indah dan pelbagai pilihan mata air panas! Sarapan bufet sangat indah dan juga meminta makan malam pelbagai hidangan. Sayangnya kami hanya dapat bermalam satu malam tetapi bangun pada waktu pagi untuk melihat salji salji yang indah dikelilingi pergunungan jauh lebih ajaib dan tidak dapat dilupakan daripada yang saya bayangkan! Sepanjang penginapan kami, saya malah kehilangan kamera dan kakitangannya sangat baik turun gunung dan menghantarnya kepada saya di lapangan terbang, berbahasa Jepun dengan kakitangan di lapangan terbang untuk menolong saya mencarinya dan saya selamanya berterima kasih atas kebaikan mereka dan perkhidmatan. Sekiranya saya kehilangan kamera saya, saya akan kehilangan semua gambar dan video perjalanan saya! Kakitangan berbahasa Cina dan fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan sangat senang untuk berkomunikasi dengan mereka. Pasti akan kembali !! Terima kasih Shima Tamura!

温泉と お部屋から川を見下ろす景色が好きで、二度目の宿泊でした。大浴場が１階と２階 二つあるので、混むこともなく ゆっくり入れます。 お部屋は 和室にベッドで広く バス トイレ付きで快適でした。ただトイレの流れが弱いのが気になりました。 全体的には、朝食も美味しくてこの料金は安いと思います。 富岡製糸場にも車で二十分と近く 、軽井沢もすぐなので、中継宿泊にお勧めのお宿です。
