The hotel is a bit far from Sannomiya Station; you need to take a few train stops to get there, but it's very close to the nearest station. The room was spacious and the hygiene conditions were decent. The service was excellent. The hotel is divided into the Main Building and the South Building. I stayed in the Main Building this time, and I felt the facilities were a bit old. There's a FamilyMart convenience store and a few other shops on the first floor, which is convenient if you need to buy anything. The bathtub isn't fully enclosed, so water splashes out when you shower.

Even though I booked this hotel by mistake, I was pleasantly surprised! If you're traveling with kids, I highly recommend staying here! First off, the rooms are significantly larger compared to hotels in Sannomiya. As an established five-star hotel, while the facilities are a bit dated, the size and views are absolutely unbeatable. There's a balcony in the room where you can enjoy a coffee, look out at the sea, and relax in the morning – it's incredibly pleasant. You can also admire the night view. The hotel breakfast offers freshly made burgers and freshly squeezed orange juice, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. If the weather's nice, you can even sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze. The only downside is that the pool costs extra. However, if you have kids, Meriken Park is right across the street, featuring the Anpanman Museum and a Ferris wheel. Plus, iconic photo spots are right downstairs. If you want to go shopping in the city center, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, which is super convenient if you check the schedule. All in all, next time I come with my children, I'll definitely choose this place.

Stunning views, almost all rooms face west towards the bridge and sunset. Excellent location, the beach is right in front, but you have to cross under tracks and highway, 5-6 min walk after you exit the escalator. Beds in adjoining rooms are large, we could easily fit a family of 6 in 2 rooms, and you even add extra beds if needed.

I'm fairly certain this hotel used to be the Daiwa Royal Hotel. I've stayed here many times before, even under its previous name, but this was my first visit since the rebranding. Considering the high price, the amenities provided were quite basic. On a positive note, the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The most significant disappointment was the 50-minute wait for breakfast. Had this not been an issue, my stay would have been far more satisfactory. During peak times, such as the busy summer holiday season, I strongly suggest they consider expanding the breakfast area or increasing its capacity. Despite the wait, the breakfast itself was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, this lengthy delay significantly impacted our sightseeing plans for the day.

We rented a villa-style house with an open-air bathtub. The room was very spacious and stylishly designed. We had to walk to the hot spring in the main building at night (it was average), but we were given a coupon for the ”Jikkai no Yu” hot spring (in the same resort). This hot spring was very large and beautiful, with complete facilities, and is worth recommending.

An excellent choice for visiting Awaji Island. The rooms are spacious with great views. The hotel's buffet offers a wide selection and is very reasonably priced. What impressed me most was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, who were genuinely accommodating and went out of their way to assist. I will definitely stay there again.

My stay at Hotel Okura Kobe was generally good, but there are a few details worth sharing. Since the hotel was fully booked when we checked in, we were assigned a mountain view room and missed out on the sea view. If you're set on a sea view, I'd recommend opting for the nearby Oriental Hotel Meriken Park instead. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but what they offered was refined, with a good mix of Western and Asian options that should satisfy most tastes. What I liked most was the hotel's location, which made getting around very convenient. Plus, the room size was quite generous for a Japanese hotel, making for a comfortable and uncrowded stay. Overall, Hotel Okura Kobe is a good choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight. The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

The room type that includes brunch and dinner is very high-end. The hot springs are also good. You can take the hotel car to the main hotel to soak in it, but this place is great. There is also an oven service, which is also very good. You can also have your luggage delivered to the Osaka hotel. The cost is not high. I will stay here again if I have the chance, and I will meet Yating who can talk about noon. I will go to see you next time. I hope you are still there.

Hotel facilities are not very new, but they are all clean and tidy. The dinner was very rich and delicious, with welcome drink and snow bars, very happy! The large bath is small, but overall very satisfied.
