Hotel Dengan Kolam di Wilayah Kanagawa, Jepun

We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

The location is perfect a short walk from Takashima station where there is lift to the street. The staff is helpful, amenities such as face wash ,toner and moisturizer in sachet are available at level 9 lobby. Different flavour tea is available for guests. Breakfast is served with some Western spread.Most items are Japanese dishes such as.seafood bowls and beef bowls. Very thoughtful guests are able to take away the hot drinks in takeaway cup.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

Right next to Gora station, which is an awesome after a day exploring Hakone Yumoto and coming up the Tozan train. Great kaiseki dinner and breakfast, Exploring the public onsen baths was really fun, with free snacks and icicles. Our room also had a great view overlooking Gora station and the mountains. Overall felt this was a really authentic Japanese onsen ryokan experience

Ia adalah hotel terbaik. Bilik-bilik adalah baru dan bersih. Terdapat kedai serbaneka, Family Mart dan kafe di sebelah hotel, menjadikannya sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan penghantaran seperti perkhidmatan kurier juga disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk kotak kadbod. Yang bestnya, kakitangannya hebat. Lokasinya sempurna, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Stesen Yokohama, jadi saya dapat bergerak dengan lancar. No good for families We booked a stay here at the end of our 2 week Japan holiday. We decided on this hotel in particular as it offered a swimming pool. Because of bed configuration we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately we arrived to discover the swimming pool is only open from 3-8pm and anyone under 140cm (my 10 year old) is only welcomed until 6pm and must be accompanied in the water with an adult at all times. Anyone even entering the pool deck must be in a swimsuit. I feel this is simply to accommodate the social media vibe as every person on the deck was there for the selfies. We are leaving well before 3 tomorrow so our opportunity for taking a dip is limited. A brand new hotel that cannot accommodate a morning lap swim seems like a big miss to me. Onto the rooms. Tiny, and awkward with basins in the bedroom area rather than in the bathroom space. Odd. Shower also only has clear glass door so if you’re here for a romantic weekend with a partner that may be fine but families with teens wouldn’t mind a bit of privacy when showering. As mentioned earlier the room configuration with only twin beds meant we had to book two rooms. We did so but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us on one floor. Again. Not family friendly. Four elevators service the guest rooms and they are crazy slow. With our family split over two floors it was endlessly frustrating. Yokohama was fabulous just wish we stayed at a different hotel.

Absolutely in a very convenient location. Walking distance to the Shin-yokohama station and shopping centre. 2-3 minutes walk to car rental company. Surrounded by convenient stores, cafes and restaurants. Very helpful front desk staff. Will come back to stay again.

The Hotel offers an excellent experience with its prime location near Tokyo Bay and Haneda Airport, it shows a beautiful scenery for me! Guests can enjoy the views from each floor! Although the Hotel is not situated near the subway station but it provides a complimentary shuttle bus service between Haneda Airport and JR Kawasaki Station! But you need to be mindful of the schedule of the shuttle because it only operating once an hour. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and they always ensure clean and tidy room for you! That’s a great choice for your stay!

One of the nicest hotel I've been to so far! The buffet breakfast selections are crazy, crabs for breakfast? Count me in! From my room, there's a crazy view of the Hakone valleys especially during sunsets. The staff are very nice people who provided the best for my stay. I was celebrating my anniversary with my partner and they offered a free pass to the bar & lounge. Would definitely come again the next time.

Very close to Metro line (google-san sent me to Kannai station is gave more closer station their) Although staff-san not.good at English , but theirs service minds are top class just use translator talking , they will help you a lot Food is also good , don't forget to have food before 9.40 am I almost forget that limit time is 9.40 am not 10.00 am as room checking out period time (have breakfast then go back to room if bate choose for get up late person) Facility is also good 👍 and have working corner at lobby floor , I gib 10/10 because I don't know because I feel satisfied with out problem and they help problem that I met with others too lol

Good location and view of the lake, very close to the bus, ferry and cable car station. Very cozy and with well decorated design. Staff are very nice. Buffet dinner is perfect, very good sashimi bowl rice. Good onsen.

I had a very nice and decent experience staying at Yumoto Fujiya Hotel. Not only was it near the Yumoto station, it was also with numerous choices of restaurants where you could enjoy lunches / dinners. It was particular meaningful to me as you can rarely see restaurants opened outside after 6pm, and i was super hungry at that time. But it’s better to reserve earlier if you decide to have dinner inside the hotel. The room was clean, though not spacious enough (but it’s very common in Japan). The onsen was also nice which opened until 1am at night. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was a wonderful 1 night trip tom Tokyo. Went by car, about 2 hours easy, relaxing drive. The hotel has car park, safety box at reception area, yukata (for room and bath use). Amenities by Pola cosmetics brand, very nice. Room slipper and hotel ground slipper. An own sock might be nice if you don't like the sticky feel. There is bath tub in room also although the onsen is far more wonderful experience. Locker within, hair dryer, water for drink. Basket is available in room for bathing purpose, where change and other stuff can be put in. The whole basket can be locked inside provided locker in bathing area. A code to unlock entrance door will be provided upon check in. Dinner (1 hour) and breakfast (50 minutes) were fabulous and plenty of choices. There is time limit and I suppose to discourage chatting during meal time. A can of drink is presented after finishing dinner. A bento palate is provided to some takeout if needed. There is a gift shop area at lobby too. (Will post photos later.)

Our stay at this hotel did I not take off very well, checking into the hotel took over 30 mins due to poor internet in the building and miss communication. Walking to our room was also horrible as all we could smell was cigarette smoke and other disturbing aromas. Once we got to our room we opened the door and were disgusted by the stained furniture and carpet. The bathroom was absolutely revolting with dirty toilet seat. In the room they offer traditional slippers to wear around the. Hotel and your room but these slippers smelt and were dirty as well. The robes we got given we also dirty with more bad smells and disgusting smells. We called room service telling them that this is disgraceful and we were not happy with this room. Luckily we go to move to a newer room that didn’t have as many staines nor smells. One night we asked the front desk to show us local restaurants that was easy to get to by taxi, we had a look at the menu and decided that this menu looked good. We ordered a taxi to the restaurant but when we made our way inside and looked at the menu again it was not the right menu. The hotel had sent us to the wrong location. One of the people I was staying with had an allergy to feathers so we asked if we could have different pillows and not a pillow dooner, so again we called room service for non pillow bedding and we never received any items for the allergy so we used all the Japanese robes we had for her and made sure that the hotel knew that this was unexceptional . There is so many more things that I would like to share about the unhygienic hotel and smaller smelling hallways. DO NOT COME HERE

It was a perfect hotel stay for families visiting Hakone. The room was spacious for our family of three. Comfortable bed and well kept room amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner food and drinks were delicious. We love our visit to the Hakone Kowakien Morinoyu which was included with our hotel stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the checkin procedure. We had to use a machine to checkin instead of going to the checkin counter and have front desk staff processing for us. It was a terrible experience because the machine failed at recognising our passport and it was terribly hard to enter everyone’s details on the touch screen. I should have to do this myself as a guest. Please get rid of the machine check in.

There is a bus that stops closeby, but there is also a train, however, after that you have to walk for 20 minutes and the road can be quite steep in some parts. In the vicinity, there are some convenience stores and restaurants. The town of Hakone is beautiful and located close to mount Fuji. We had a lovely ryokan-style suite with twin beds. Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the pillows. Breakfast is buffet-style and offers both European and Asian food. There are both a public onsen and a private one. Staff is very friendly and speaks English very well.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is just a few minutes walk to the Hakone shrine and tori gate on the water and about 15 minutes walk to the town by the water. From the town you can catch the pirate ship or ferry to the base of the cable car and head up the mountain to other attractions. The hotel grounds are lovely and full of pathways lined with Rhododendrum. The rooms are a great size and all have a view of the lake. I stayed on the third floor and in my opinion rooms on the third and fourth floors have a better view but the second floor rooms have a balcony and the first floor rooms have patios. The hotel provides yukatas and all toiletries you might need. The hotel onsen is small but nice and also has an outdoor bath. The hotel spa is very relaxing with a variety of services. I did not have dinner at the property but breakfast was very good. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and I prefer some thing softer but that is a personal preference.
