Good location, great service but the bathroom had no soap or shampoo, it left something to be desired only in this part.

Well-located hotel, close to the airport, facing the Boa Viagem waterfront, clean facilities, pleasant pool area, fully equipped gym, polite and helpful staff, as well as a wonderful breakfast full of options for all tastes. I recommend it.

Café da manhã excelente, muito completo. O quarto grande, cama confortável king e roupa de cama limpa e de ótima qualidade. Área da piscina é simplesmente sensacional. Por fim, em Recife, sempre me hospedarei nesse maravilhoso hotel.

If you are looking for a place beachfront this is the right hotel. Choose for deluxe rooms because the standards are not pleasant. A part of the old installations? The staffs are cordial. A special mention for Anderson and Stefan’s (front desk) and Nathalie (pool bar), they are welcoming and very professionals.

I stayed here for the rest of the night after my 3am flight arrival in REC, almost as close as an airport hotel but much nicer! 24h check-in, very nice breakfast buffet 6-10 am (included in room rate), and a wonderful sea view (sun rise!) were perfect. Room, bathroom were very good value for money.

The hotel is well located, but in four nights, the sheets were never changed. The towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned daily, but the sheets were never changed. There was a stain on the sheet that I found every night when I went to bed. There was also a lack of professionalism from some of the breakfast staff.

The accommodation itself was good. The breakfast is very simple and has little variety. I ordered 2 meals, the first one came with the chicken parmigiana fillet almost completely raw, the other meal was good. But the big problem is the seal between the rooms, you can hear absolutely everything that is said or done. Finally, I would like to know where I can request my invoice in the name of a legal entity. A pleasant and wide room, a clean bathroom, towels are exchanged every day. Unfortunately breakfast left unwanted, little option. The collaborators are very careful.

The front desk has English service, belonging to a four-star hotel, downstairs pool and spa room, there is a 24-hour restaurant inside the hotel, the bar is very rich, often there are flight attendants and teams.

Upon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.
