นอน4คน ได้ห้องที่เป็นฟูก 1 คืน 2หมื่นบาท รู้สึกว่าแพงเกิน วิวสวยจริง แต่ตอนไปห้องโบวลิ่งปิด ไม่ได้เล่น และไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า อาหารไม่ได้หรูหรา ออนเซ็นรวมธรรมดามาก ไม่มีopen air ถ้าจะไปแช่ต้องนั่งบัสจากโรงแรมไปแช่ที่อื่น ส่วนเครื่องดื่มในห้องไม่มีเบียร์ให้ฟรี ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกกว่านี้ยังมีเบียร์ฟรีให้ ถ้าถามความคุ้มค่าเทียบกับราคา คิดว่าไม่เหมาะสม อุส่าขับรถมาตามเขา คิดว่าจะดีกว่านี้ คงไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก ไปหาที่พักอื่นที่ราคาถูกระแวกนี้คุ้มกว่า

There is a strong odor inside the whole room, it smells like moist and very unpleasant. We had to use air freshener to make it more breathable. The room is in old condition and not clean enough. Bathroom is very tiny. Expect a long walk from lobby to the room if you stay in East wing, which is not so convenient for elderly. Upon checking, the air conditioning vent is all clogged with dust. They need to pay more attention in cleaning. The only good thing is the free child playground and the food quality is pretty good.

環境舒適，房間可以令人放鬆休息

房間挺寬敞，窗外的景觀非常漂亮，夏天天氣晴朗，可以看到藍瑩瑩的河水映照着藍天，綠樹，白雲。可以在榻榻米上躺一個下午。 前台工作人員非常友好、温柔、有禮貌，可以用英語或者翻譯器交流，服務很周到。 酒店有温泉，但我這次因為身體不太舒服沒有體驗，以後有機會再來。 酒店樓下就有共享單車，可以掃付款寶開鎖，在鄉間騎車體驗很棒。人吉很漂亮，安靜，整潔，適合散步。這裏的人很友善。 我在這裏度過了非常愉快的四天假期，希望將來可以來人吉故地重遊。

The hotel is okay, but quite old and outdated, so I'd say it should be cheaper for what they provide. Location is perfect for an overnight before your flight though. Stuff is friendly and helping, also they gift you a tasty ice cream. Hot bath also looks old, but it's a nice addition to relax before sleep, you can even watch the stars late evening in onsen. You can see the mountains from your window and lots of green houses) Breakfast cost is 1500 jpy, I didn't use this option. Overall everything was okay, but I believe they need to renovate rooms.

The onset was good in that hotel as it had both rooftop and open pool and I found that the water healed my painful water. The room looked a bit old to me but I guess I could have chosen a modern look. The hotel receptionist was kind to recommend us where to go for dinner. I think it is one of the best hotels if you stay near Mt Aso.

The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money.

我選擇新大樓, 因為剛剛翻新, 所以房間內非常新 。 但溫泉♨️旅館其餘設施有待升級, 到時會想再光臨 。 自助晚餐及早餐一般, 但考慮到地理位置, 絕對收貨 。 另由於天氣關係, 無觀星🔭活動, 露天風呂都無咁有氣氛, 希望下次我好運啲👍🏻 大浴場設施都係舊啲

Hotel and public bath area a bit aged. Good Large room. The 2 hotel onsen area need to drive or walk 5 -10 mins its not very convenient
