This is a fantastic resort! With the dinner and breakfast package, you practically don't need to leave the hotel for meals. The resort offers a wide range of entertainment facilities, including a swimming pool and a mini lazy river. The onsen (hot springs) are also excellent, with each bath providing a different scenic view. It's conveniently located about 1 km (a 15-minute walk) from Aso Station, making it very easy to get to the volcano crater.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom and toilet were clean. We could use the large public bath and guests were given free sorbet. They also provided individual transportation to the airport, which was very helpful.

The picturesque scenery and outdoor onsen were delightful. The stay with dinner and breakfast included was absolutely fantastic value for money. Dinner was incredibly generous, and there was a wide variety of options for breakfast too. They even provided fireworks for the kids! My only slight complaint was that the air conditioning wasn't quite cold enough for my liking, but I still managed to sleep comfortably.

I had my mother prepare an additional cake on her birthday. the meal was a plan with dinner in the morning I thought that dinner was a chicken sleet pot course, so it was not worth the price. I had you change to kaiseki course at an additional fee.

The staff were very friendly and I was able to spend a good time. It was the first Hitoyoshi Onsen, but the quality of the spring was my favorite and the hot water was lukewarm and my skin was happy. The hotel is located on the plateau plains, with fresh air and beautiful scenery nearby. However, the location is relatively remote and suitable for self-driving travelers. The scenery outside the balcony was beautiful. It was a comfortable stay. The front desk clerk is a foreigner, easy to communicate with and polite. When I asked if there was a room with a private hot spring pool that we could upgrade to, the waiter took the initiative to arrange a family bath for me to enjoy for free during our designated time period. This Very thoughtful. The buffet dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel were average. The food was not rich in variety and not hot enough. This was the only thing that disappointed us.

The hotel facilities are good. It’s a small resort hotel. It’s far away. I took the triangle line from Kumamoto to the Delta. I wanted to take a ferry to get to the hotel. But when I asked about the ferry, I had to wait for more than an hour. I called a taxi. The hotel is 4,500 yen. The lounge chairs and hot springs on the balcony of the room are comfortable, the blue sea and blue sky hot springs, I really enjoyed it, and the dinner and breakfast are both Western-style. I like it very much. When I booked, I knew that there were dolphins nearby. However, when I asked Ctrip to ask if I could arrange to watch dolphins at sea, I was told that there was none. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there are not only discounts, but also hotel guests can also have discounts, but because I was told that I could not arrange them, I had already booked through other channels, so I did not enjoy the discounted fare, which is not satisfactory.

Stayed at the grandping tent but was comfortable. The food was delicious and the service was first-class. It's a pity that I couldn't use some of the open-air baths at the time, but there was a sauna and everything was perfect.

The open-air hot spring in this hotel requires a three-minute shuttle bus ride. It has five hot spring pools, great hot springs, and delicious meals, but the service staff will not help deliver luggage to the room.
