Hotel Dengan Pools di Gros Islet, Saint Lucia

We got a suite upgrade for honeymoon. The luxury suite was dreamy. Better than the pics shown on website. Open jacuzzi and amazing views right outside the room. The breakfast is also very delicious

L’hôtel est très bien situé, vous pouvez prendre le taxis et vous déplacer où vous voulez, il y a un MALL juste à côté ainsi qu’un KFC, néanmoins, nous sommes déçu du petit déjeuner, il n’est pas assez varié mais fait l’affaire quand même, et sachez que la chambre donne sur un espace partagé avec d’autres chambres. Les photos ne sont pas vraiment représentatives du standing attendu au vu du prix.

The hotel was in a great location, the pool was nice but closed often. I think they are working on the chemical levels or something. The food was good on the buffet but it was the exact same thing every day, so by day 6 we were ready for our next resort. The staff was great and they solved any issues we had. The walls are thin but as long as there aren't any large groups it should be fine. They also treated us with wine and decorated or room which was very nice!

The booking said taxes and fees were included in the price. However, I was made to pay 43.20 ECD as a “government head tax” and they would not accept that this was included. The receptionist kept us waiting for no reason and had a very dismissive manner, eg not liking the official NHS vaccination proof because she thought it should be a card. Very rude. The hotel itself was good though, very clean and comfortable. If they had receptionists with a more customer friendly manner and made clear that taxes are not included I would have given a much better review.

嫌麻煩就訂的全包，含早餐午餐和晚餐的。結果第一天晚上用過餐后，竟打電話讓客人支付餐費，客人當時沒多想，就先付了，乖乖扣款短信顯示扣了近三百美刀，客人問怎麼扣那麼多，服務人員說扣了三天的，真的是醉了，你是天上的神仙，能預知客人三天都在你這裏吃？ 之後客人打電話和我溝通確認是全包后，第二天早上就去找酒店前台，期間我聯繫了攜程客服，攜程客服很給力，馬上就跟酒店聯繫核實，前台看了英文確認單，知道了是全包，就改口說收的是押金，醉了，你說啥就是啥。 好戲來了，午餐去吃飯竟然又讓付款，擱誰誰都抓狂，再去找前台，才把全包用餐的手環給到客人。也是千年難得遇到這一遭啊

Awesome place for vacation..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royalton in Saint Lucia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. The location was absolutely stunning—breathtaking views of the ocean, lush tropical surroundings, and the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a private swim up pool that provided the most incredible sunsets.

Very much .. facilities were great

Excellent stay no complaints. Although the booking and receipt said Bay Gardens Inn I was redirected to the hotel upon arrival.
