Hotel Dengan Pools di Sinaloa, Mexico

La verdad la limpieza deja mucho qué desear, la realizaban muy tarde y no es muy buena, nunca había agua para beber en la habitación y los productos que te proporcionan para limpieza tampoco son muy buenos, Sin embargo, la ubicación del hotel es buenísima, la vista es maravillosa y la atención del personal es buena, los trabajadores son muy amables y atentos.

Un inconveniente con la limpieza pero solucionado por el personal. Excelente servicio.

Regresé a este hotel para una segunda visita, el servicio fue excelente, el staff amigable y amable. No probé el desayuno pero se veía muy bueno, tiene alberca

La atención por parte del personal es muy buena, las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado aunque podría mejorar. El desayuno buffet podría tener más variedad ya que repetía cada día algunos platillos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Marina, del Malecón y puedes llegar fácil a los principales atractivos turísticos. Buen hotel.

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

El staff del hotel fueron muy empaticos, muy buenos recepcionistas. Los guardias muy amables. La alberca y el jacuzzi muy agusto y con agua templada. Si te puedes meter a la playa. No me toco probrar la comida del hotel.

The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.
