Hotel Dengan Pools di Vestland, Norway

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was comfortable. However, our arrival experience was disappointing. We booked through Trip.com and, at check-in, were told that the room we had reserved was much smaller and not what we were expecting. Based on that explanation, we paid an additional fee to upgrade. Later, the hotel explained that the confusion was caused by the room photos used by the booking platform. Regardless of whose mistake it was, as a guest I was placed in a position where I felt I had to pay extra because of conflicting information between the hotel and its booking partner. I believe hotels should work closely with their booking partners to ensure room descriptions and photos are accurate, so guests can make informed decisions before arrival. I hope this process is improved for future guests.

Loved that the staff were nice and helpful. breakfast was lovely and a good spread. The hotel was conveniently located and we could almost walk everywhere. Parking was quite close but I would recommend to drop off your luggage before driving to the parking as walking on cobblestone floors in the rain is definitely an experience of its own. Parking is expensive and not included in the hotel but well it’s in the city centre so I wouldn’t expect anything less. The hotel staff also helped us to store our luggage when we went out on our activities for the day. We stayed here twice! It was only lacking some amenities that I was used to like toothbrushes, slippers, bathrobes and shower caps but the rest were provided

This is an antique-style hotel, said to be over a hundred years old. The lake is just across the road, and the scenery should be quite nice on a clear day. The hotel's furnishings and facilities exude an 'old money' vibe. Perhaps Europeans appreciate this sense of history and aged charm. While I found it novel, the hotel is simply too old! Historical charm doesn't necessarily make for a comfortable stay, and the price is quite steep. Maybe there aren't many options in Voss, and Fleischers is considered one of the better ones, so they don't lack guests. I wouldn't recommend it to friends. Very low value for money!

The environment of the hotel is very good. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive from Flåm. During the period, you need to pass the world's longest road tunnel 25.4 kilometers + take the ferry. We arrived at about 11 pm. The staff has already got off work and the room card is in the mailbox outside the reception hall. The room number and specific guidelines have been marked above, including hotel facilities and breakfast time, or are more meticulous The swimming pool is hot water, children in the game area can play freely, there are kitchen stoves and tableware in the room, you can buy food in the supermarket and process it yourself Breakfast at the hotel is simple, but there are two fish served, we Feeling very delicious The family room we set, the children also like it very much, the only regret is that one of the sheets is stained, this is recommended to improve

The waiters are very kind and friendly. The style and taste of the food in the morning are very good. The room is quite spacious and the terrace has a beautiful view. It is recommended for self-driving travelers because there is a free parking lot 👍🏼

Very good

The scenery is very beautiful, and people are swimming in the painting. The wise worry, the capable work hard, and the incompetent have nothing to ask for, and travel comfortably, floating like an untied boat……………………..

The location is too good, must set the lake view room, have a small balcony, drink a little wine is particularly comfortable. Although the room is not issued, the bed is not large, but this does not affect the experience. The only thing that feels so expensive for a buffet? Because the food is generally like
