Hotel Dengan Pools di Bagmati, Nepal

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

Location is not very far from the international Airport though the entrance point was bit constricted but when you reach the property, its heaven altogether. Loved the ambience, the staff were so helpful, the rooms were neat and clean and the food was awesome ( for which I have to go to Kathmandu again). Overall a great and unforgettable stay with my friends.

Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Apa yang membezakan hotel ini bukan sahaja kemudahan dan perkhidmatannya yang luar biasa tetapi juga peluang unik yang ditawarkannya. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

Amenities are not sufficient, there should be freeze in room.when some one order something service staff should tell the costomer if things goes too late, I have wait one hour in restaurant for pizza. No apologies nothing that’s worst thing

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area, but within proximity to shops and restaurants, though a bit of a walk to Thamel. The hotels amenities are good and the M club lounge is a nice to have if u book the lounge access. The one negative thing is that the hotel overcharges on airport transportation (USD 35) and picks you up in a old Honda.

cozy room, bed was big and clean. very spacious room. clean swimming pool. foods were great at the restaurant.

Comfortable and affordable stay. Helpful staff. Easily accessible to many points and yet away from the hustle and bustle of city. Had issues in room ac, but the staff were quite helpful to resolve the same. A small gym could be a helpful addition if possible and the cleaning on some of the days could have been better.

On this special day, I chose to check in at Shanker hotel. The warm service,delicious food and quality environment,everything is so good. The hotel prepares decorations and cake very thoughtfully, surprised us. Due to the late arrival time, the hotel also thoughtfully provided me with dinner order so that could enjoy it when we arrived. Finally the food upexpectedly delicious. I recommend you to choose Shanker hotel. Wherever it’s a vacation or celebration it is best choice.
