Hotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

All was great in this hotel except for the delay in check-in. But we do appreciate that they offered a late check-out in lieu of the delay. My recent trip to Clark, Philippines, included a stay at Queens Hotel Clark, and I must say the overall experience was quite good. I'd definitely recommend it to first-time independent travelers visiting Clark. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right near the bustling heart of Angeles City, surrounded by numerous restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores, and bars, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent amenities. Getting to Clark International Airport from Queens Hotel Angeles City takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car, so transportation is a breeze. The room itself was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water supply was reliable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer, making it suitable for both short and medium-term stays. While the soundproofing isn't top-notch, it's pretty good for a hotel in this price range. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping and security, everyone was polite and ready to assist with any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, reflecting a professional level of service. The swimming pool, though not particularly large, was well-maintained with clean water – perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. The breakfast options at the restaurant weren't luxurious, but the food tasted good and was sufficient for most travelers. If I had to point out any downsides, some of the room furnishings show a bit of age and occasional signs of wear. Also, if you're there on a weekend or during peak season, the surrounding nightlife can get quite lively. Light sleepers might want to request a quieter room. Overall, considering the price, location, room comfort, and service quality, Queens Hotel Clark offers excellent value for money. Whether you're traveling independently, on a business trip, or enjoying a short holiday in Clark, it's a very worthwhile accommodation option.

It’s my first time staying at Swissôtel Clark, and it was a great experience. The room is nice, and the food is delicious. The staff are very welcoming, and the pool is amazing definitely one of the best hotel pools in Clark! It’s really good to be here. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Every staff member was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile, and the room was nice. However, on my first day, there was a tour group checking in, so there was some noise because they didn't close their doors properly, which was quite noticeable. The location is not ideal; the area felt unsafe. When we walked back to the hotel after dinner, which was only a 5-minute walk, two children actually asked us for money. So, try to avoid walking around at night. Overall, if you just stay inside the hotel, it's pretty good.

This hotel is a good option for solo male travelers. It fits well with what many men come to this city for, and for that specific purpose it works quite well. That said, there are definitely some areas that could be improved — there’s room for growth. But overall, it’s a solid place to stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Family Stay Experience at SureStay Hotel We had a wonderful 3 days and 2 nights stay at SureStay Hotel with our family, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. What we loved the most is that we were able to cook inside the room. This was very convenient for us, especially since we were traveling with kids. It made our stay more comfortable, more flexible, and it also helped us save on food expenses. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were also very helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed something, which made the experience even more pleasant and stress free. Another highlight of our stay was the pool. My kids absolutely enjoyed it and had so much fun swimming. It became one of their favorite parts of the trip, and we appreciated how relaxing and family friendly the pool area was. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, great amenities, and very family friendly environment. We will definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend SureStay Hotel for families looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. 10 out of 10 experience. We had a very enjoyable stay at the resort overall. The service (4/5) was commendable—staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with our needs. There were just a few minor delays during peak times, but nothing that significantly affected our experience. The facilities (4/5) were maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were enjoyable and suitable for both leisure and family time. A few areas could benefit from slight upgrades or more attention to detail, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and we would definitely consider coming back for another stay.
