"I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay here and would have stayed longer The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy. And stunning sunsets at the beach just some steps down.. there are a lot of steps, but is good for exercise. The food was delicious and with fair prices (between 200 and 250 pesos). Everyone is very friendly! There's cold drinking water in a filter at reception. The pool is sumptuous with comfy chairs. it's very easy to go around even if you don't have your transportation means, as there are some motorbike guys at the road that charge between 50 to 100 pesos to take you to the close by attractions ( my favorites were St nino and the snorkeling at the sunken cemetery with GIANT CLAMS! They were the biggest I've ever seen)."

KKKYou can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time.
Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed.
The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands.
The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water.
The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called.
(You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours)

伟伟丘克罗曼A mountainous neighborhood near CDO city. You pay double price for a taxi ride (500 pesos). Beautiful landscape and breathtaking views.
The place is pricy but it's worth it. Not everything is impeccable. Plumbing needs renovation.
A very good complementary breakfast.

GGuest UserThe ambiance of the place is lively and vibrant, with tasty welcome drinks and a superb bar. However, there were two experiences that required attention from the management for improvement. Firstly, after checking in, we found that there were no towels available in our room. We requested some from the front desk, but they were still not delivered by the time we returned from dinner, necessitating another follow-up. Secondly, after we had transferred to another resort, my husband realized he had left his charger at Unwind. Despite calling the hotel's mobile number, we were unable to reach anyone, so we decided to drive back (a 26km journey) to retrieve it. Unfortunately, when my husband inquired about the charger, he was informed that housekeeping had not found it. We are certain that it's the only place where we left the charger because we still used it in the evening. We just forgot to unplug it when we checked out and transferred to another resort.

GGuest UserThe hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word.
The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam.
I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

JJuswe MThe renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff.
Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards.
Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.

Завтраки были очень вкусные, а еда в столовой — недорогая и качественная, поэтому почти всегда питались именно там. Также удобно, что всё находится рядом.
Из минусов — на всей территории отеля не работал Wi-Fi, поэтому приходилось пользоваться своими сим-картами. В остальном отдых оставил только приятные впечатления)) спасибо

GGuest UserThe property is undeniably beautiful, and we received a warm and welcoming arrival. Unfortunately, our first night’s room service dinner was not edible, which was disappointing, so we chose not to risk dining in again and ate out for the remainder of our stay. The pool did not appear clean, so we opted not to swim, which was unfortunate, although the grounds themselves were absolutely breathtaking. The room was stunning; however, the hotel was quite noisy, with very loud ambient music, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep each evening. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Recommend Nouveau but not highly.

EEarl Peter JGThe staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable environment. Our first room had issues with the AC, but the staff promptly addressed the problem by moving us to another room, which we appreciated.
The location, however, is not very convenient as it is a bit far from the city center. Dining options nearby are limited, with no decent restaurants within walking distance. On the positive side, motorbike and car rentals are available, and the companies will deliver the vehicles directly to the hotel. The staff also assist in contacting these rental providers.

GGuest UserOur stay at Mabini Hotel was a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I stayed for five days and were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating — particularly Justine and Abel, who made our stay even more memorable. 🥰
