I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel. Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread. One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of the Royal Route, and a stroll around the area gives you a sense of the vibrant energy of young people and the middle class. It's great to have a gym, though I'd suggest adding a rowing machine. Our room wasn't facing the main street, but there was still some noise at night; however, it wasn't enough to significantly disrupt our sleep. All the staff were enthusiastic and professional. Thank you for making our Warsaw experience even better! Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

The reception is just so so, not too friendly. We arrived the hotel in the morning and informed that we need to check in at 3pm. When we got our first room, it doesn't look like what we have booked and asked the reception to change room for us. Then we got a city view room. The housekeeping staffs are very welcome and tidy up the room very well and provided things we needed.

This is a great hotel, even though it's a bit old. The room was clean, without that musty smell you sometimes get in older places in China. It was quiet and very spacious. The surrounding area is lovely, and the tram stop is just a short walk away. Most importantly, it's much cheaper and better quality than the guesthouses around here. The front desk staff was very friendly, and there were no issues communicating in English! 🤓

This hotel is super convenient, right outside the terminal and across the road – so easy to find! The room was spacious, and I was really happy with how comfortable the mattress and pillows were. Plenty of hot water too, which made for a really satisfying shower. The hotel breakfast was delicious with a great variety of drinks, and the service was excellent! I even planned an extra day during my Warsaw layover just to explore this city, rebuilt from its ruins.

My first time travelling to Poland. I came to Warsaw for ElSol Fall Latin Dance Festival. Hotel location is good, only 10-15 minutes drive from Chopina Warszawa Airport. Helpful, friendly and professional staff that are fluent in English. I was happy with the room and its cleanliness. Location may be 15-20 minutes drive to city and its main tourist attraction sites, but with Bolt App you can easily get a taxi to anywhere. Buffet breakfast was ok, but very convenient to start your day. They have restaurant and gym. My highlight is some of the dishes I tried at the restaurant, it was scrumptious. Overall I was content with my stay and happy to stay here again in the future.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and you can store your luggage for free (both early check-in and after check-out). We stayed on the 36th floor, which offered great views. The hotel's location right next to the central station is incredibly convenient for transportation. We were a party of two but were given two double beds, which made for a very comfortable sleep. There's a mini-bar in the room that costs extra (they pre-authorize 200 PLN at check-in, which is refunded if unused). If we ever visit Warsaw again, this will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommended!

This is a modern, beautiful hotel with a great location, excellent staff, and a good fitness spa and pool. However, on the 26th floor (the very top floor) where we stayed, there was an unbearable hum at night. It was impossible to sleep. Also, the lighting in the elevator lobbies was as bright as a hospital, which was a bit off-putting and uncomfortable.
