I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

I originally booked a different hotel, but it was canceled due to renovations. Teip arranged a replacement hotel, which I was initially unsure about since I had no prior information. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite okay. The hotel is conveniently located near tram line 9, which goes directly to the central station — very useful for getting around. The room was clean and of a decent size, though not very spacious. One downside is that there was no soundproofing — I could hear traffic noise, especially from trams and buses starting as early as 5 AM, which made it hard to sleep in. I also had an issue with my flight ticket and needed to make phone calls within Poland. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed me to use the phone without charging any extra fees. I really appreciated their support during that stressful time.

Great hotel. Large rooms. My only complaint is about the semi-transparent bathroom walls and door and the fact that the bathroom door has gaps.

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

Good location and reasonable price considering the standard. Many amenities for hotel guest. However, remember don’t take away food, the hotel has no microwave for heating up the food even they have bar&restaurant but none of the people are willing to help.

The hotel was clean, bright, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were nicely styled with great natural light, and the design felt consistent throughout. Wi-Fi was strong across the entire property, which was a big plus. The gym, while equipped with the basics, felt a bit underwhelming — located in the basement, it lacked the design attention given to the rest of the hotel. Still, overall, a great job on creating a stylish and comfortable space.

Great hotel as expected from the Raddison brand. The beds were comfortably soft and the room service was delicious as well. I would say the location was good if you want to visit the nightlife and historical sights in Warsaw.

Super nice hotel with awesome location, receptionist are very professional and breakfast is a world-class, animator for children at the Kids club, swimming pool clean and neat., awesome staying.
