Hotel Dengan Pools di Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam

This is a good hotel for a reasonable price on a good location. However, it's not a 5 star hotel. I don't need to go into details why, there's many. From staff, timing etc. 4 star would fit and I don't see why they would be shy about it. The walls are not insulated properly, bulding structure makes noise itself and its sometimes weird. All in all expect 3 to 4 star quality for a reasonable price on a good location.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The lady at the counter has a friendly smile and can talk and answer questions in Chinese. The room is clean and the price of the mini bar optional item is acceptable...

The largest hotel in Thien Cam, in general, everything is okay. However, the following errors need to be fixed: 1. The printed breakfast voucher is until 9:30. However, when we got there at 8:30, there was no food left and no menu options. My family went on vacation, not to torture ourselves and have to wake up at 6:00 a.m. We suggest that the Vietnamese manager follow the same schedule as the previous foreign manager. 2. The reception hall should have the air conditioning turned on until 5:00 p.m. When you check in, you can easily get irritated when you step out of the car and the hot air makes you irritable.

The location is very good, the hotel is located in the center of Hejing. The decoration is very new. The breakfast is delicious. The waiter is very enthusiastic. The overall experience is good. Worth staying next time.

The view and the beach are okay, but it's hard to find when you go and the meal is not good
