洒店位置在巴士總站附近，旁邊餐廳及商店也很多，非常方便。酒店的職員很友善，給予很多幫助。早餐有很多茶及果汁選擇，而食物只有一大盆麪包，種類也有三款，很好吃。房間設備有點舊。但亦算乾淨。

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

Breakfast ok.; very limited selection Room very ample and clean; we were given a room with a view to the pool being fixed. Location very good everything within walking distance. Bus terminal 1 block.

Clean and comfortable stay. Even though the hotel is not in the centre of the town, it's a small town. Everything that you need is within a short walking distance. In 10 minutes you will reach many restaurants and the bus terminal to Iguazu Falls. Not being in the centre of the town has its benefits - you will have a quiet stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent, mostly pastries, cold cuts, desserts, cereal and fruit. Scrambled eggs or eggs in other forms would be great.

Неплохой отель в центре Пуэрто-Игуасу. Из плюсов — просторный номер с рабочим местом, отзывчивые сотрудники на ресепшене (например, нам помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт в 7 утра), включенный завтрак (с 07:00 до 10:00, шведский стол, но выбор небольшой), есть Wi-Fi, рядом много магазинчиков, где можно приобрести сим-карту. Из минусов — Wi-Fi слабоватый, во время нашего пребывания номер рядом ремонтировали, еще в номере не работали лампочки, но их быстро заменили по нашей просьбе.

Die Lage ist ein wenig weg von Schuss, aber die meistens Restaurants sind 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausblick von Zimmer war sehr gut! Außerhalb der Hauptsaison gab es leider keine Polster für die Liegen am Pool oder Handtücher. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nur wenige konnten Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Очень хороший отель, расположен на окраине города, до центра пешком минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом. У нас был просторный номер с двумя двуспальным кроватями. Санузел с душевой кабиной и ванной, ванна только набирается, мыться в ней нельзя, но мы не пользовались. Есть шампунь, кондиционер, мыло, лосьон, но нет геля для душа, учитывайте это при планировании поездки. Балкон с двумя креслами и столом. Очень круто, что окна выходят на лес, нет необходимости закрывать шторы, посторонних глаз быть не может. Матрасы удобные, не мягкие, это хорошо. Розетки под европейские стандарт переходники не нужны. Приветственная вода только одна, не пополняется. Завтрак очень хороший, ассортимент не огромный, но есть омлеты, яишница, бекон, сосиски, мясо, овощи, фрукты, сладкое, все вкусно. Один из лучших, где мы были. Персонал говорит по английски, очень отзывчивые и помогут со всеми вопросами. Нам давали зонтик и делали ланч боксы с собой, потому что мы выезжали раньше начала завтрака.

I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious ! We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish. Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic and leans toward cold/luke warm People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

Lovely place with giant swimming pools and a lot of green! Flowery plants all around and good food

Когда я приехал в отель, то отключили электричество на все мое время прибывания(2 дня). В номере умер таракан от духоты, так как не работал кондиционер. По всей улице было электричество, кроме нашего отеля. Хозяин не придпринимал ни каких действий. У них были фонари на солнечной панели, это означает, что электричество тут отключают часто.
