The hotel is excellent in every way — from the warm and professional staff to the comfortable rooms and perfect location, everything was truly outstanding. The only downside is the hotel’s own parking area, which is poorly designed and not well signposted. It’s surprising that such a great hotel has such an inconvenient and confusing parking entrance.

Estupendo! Super acolhedor! Ambiente familiar. Tem piscina exterior, interior, jacuzzi, banho turco, sauna e serviços e spa. Restaurante e Bar. Está inserido numa cidade que apresenta alguns restaurantes com comida local muito saborosa. O staff do hotel é muito atencioso e paciente, principalmente com as crianças. O cão que habita no hotel é muito meigo e amistoso e não é inconveniente (para quem tiver medo de animais, ele não intervém sem que o chamem). Os quartos são generosos e a internet funciona em todo o espaço, excepto na piscina e spa. O pequeno-almoço é agradável e variado, com uma vista fabulosa.

Local muito agradável, com belas vistas realmente! Confortável e acolhedor para 1 ou 2 dias.. Em cima da margem do rio. Restaurante do hotel com qualidade.

雖然攜程上叫hotel，實際上叫casa，更像是高級民宿。casa位於地勢較高處，一共有3個房間，每個房間有自己的名字。owner給升級了無花果房間，可以從窗子直接看到杜羅河谷，景色一流。雖然攜程介紹寫的1.35米雙人床，實際上類似國內1.5米床。房間雖然不大，但設施完備，自然採光的浴室非常棒。casa服務非常有人情味，人工辦理入住的時間是16:00-17:00，威廉小哥有求必應、笑容燦爛。有晚餐供應，需要提前1天預訂，我們預訂的火腿拼盤是70歐元。酒莊們位於casa下方河邊的村子裏，步行大概40分鐘，可以請酒店幫忙預訂並腿着過去。酒莊出售的葡萄酒比城市裡略便宜，年份波特酒值得購買！（casa贈送了1小瓶30年波特酒，有蜂蜜味，非常nice）

A little out of the way. VERY steep climb to the hotel - taxi needed unless you are very fit. Fine walking down. Hotel was spotless couldn't fault it at all. Slight issue with tea & coffee in the room. Couldn't plug kettle in without it being on the floor - could maybe do with a small table near the plug?? Only 1 normal tea bag and 1 fruit t bag for 2 people staying. Had to ask for extra t bags, spoon and milk-wasn't supplied in the room. Breakfast was good-not a massive choice but what was there was very high quality and was replenished regularly. The hotel it self was affiliated with a restaurant in town which we went to twice-amazing food and service. Staff were very helpful-great hotel would definetely recommend and stay again.

Супер комфортный отель, отличное дружелюбное обслуживание, классные завтраки со свежими фруктами! Единственный минус - бассейн работает только с июня, мы не знали об этом.

The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.
