Optimo staff no Hotel. Hotel precisa de alguma decoração paredes de quartos e corredores excepto no hall entrada. Já é a segunda vez que fico neste hotel e é muito agradável. Experiência muito boa. Atendimento 5 estrelas e das duas vezes jantei no restaurante do hotel que também é de qualidade e atendimento fantástico.

Nice staff, introduce the facilities in the hotel, gave you a welcoming drink. Large room with minimum items. Need to prepare your own tissue paper

Pleasant stay in this hotel. It is designed in a quite modern and stylish way coming with good amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for me (as I’m usually not a big breakfast eater). All the staffs were helpful and friendly. Only the con is that I encountered their argument scenes twice in a row, in a same day… you don’t want to see or hear loud arguments by employees first in the morning at breakfast, 7am! Please be more mindful of the guest and do not show it. I didn’t feel good about it, so I cannot give full 5 stars, otherwise I liked the stay and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Quinta de Sao Luis. The property is well located and surrounded by the vineyards. The room offers a nice view. Breakfast is delicious. However, the price for dinner is a bit pricey compared to the quantity of food.

O Hotel atingiu as espectativas que tinha, pois já conhecia o empreendimento e mantêm a qualidade do serviço e das instalações. Relativamente ao preço, o valor apresentado pela Trip foi extremamente competitivo em relação às restantes agências para as mesmas condições de serviço, e mesmo em relação ao preço que seria cobrado pelo próprio Hotel em reserva directa (o que não consigo compreender...). O pequeno-almoço disponibilizado foi de excelente qualidade e em quantidade. O atendimento foi excelente sendo todos os colaboradores em serviço no hotel nesses 2 dias de uma simpatia e eficiência muito acima da média. No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionado por a agência Trip, porque até agora, ainda não me ter enviado a Fatura relativamente ao valor pago. A única certeza de que tenho que o pagamento foi efectuado, foi-me dada pelo recepcionista do Hotel que me disse que os quartos estavam pagos, mas que não me podia passar uma Factura pois o pagamento tinha sido efectuado à Agência - o que é natural!). Nesta situação a falta de Factura foi muito desagradável porque reservei e paguei 3 quartos (para nós e para mais 2 casais amigos) e até agora não tenho nenhum comprovativo de pagamento para ”fazer as contas” com eles.

📍Location: Absolutely breathtaking! The guest house is perched high on a hill with a fantastic panoramic view of the Douro Valley vineyards. It’s a local winery where you can take romantic walks directly among the vines. Access is best by car (free parking is available). While there’s no on-site restaurant, several towns with dining options are just a 5-10 minute drive away. 🛋️ Rooms: We stayed in one of the two separate cabins, which feature full floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The view of the vineyard directly from the bed is unforgettable! Though the room felt slightly smaller than in the photos, it was modern and cozy. The main building has a beautiful, authentic lobby, a swimming pool, and they are currently adding a sauna and jacuzzi. 🍛 Food: The breakfast is a highlight! It’s much more than a standard continental breakfast: everything is fresh and local, including delicious oranges, olive oil, and honey produced right on the farm. They even timed the cooking to our arrival to ensure everything was fresh. For the evening, you can order snacks until 6:00 PM. We also highly recommend the wine tasting in the lobby: it’s €20-25 for 4-5 wines (we loved the red, white, and rosé), and you can add a generous cold cut platter for an additional €25. 🛌🏻 Service: The staff is incredibly flexible and kind. Sylvia, who handled our check-in and the tasting, was professional and informative. Even the lady preparing breakfast (who spoke only Portuguese) was remarkably sweet and attentive. We also received some home made complimentary Port wine! You can also buy their premium products to take home: wines are around €12, olive oil is €6, and their honey is similarly well-priced. Truly one of our best stays ever with fantastic value for money!

Estava à espera de pior. Pelas críticas anteriores e pelo custo (baixo) da diária. Efetivamente, o hotel necessita de obras. Mas as áreas comuns principais (receção, lobby, elevadores, corredores e sala de refeições) e os quartos estavam muito bem. O pequeno-almoço estava incluído e também era muito bom. O que é que não gostei? Da falta de manutenção em algumas áreas menos expostas como as escadas de emergência, a zona exterior das traseiras, a piscina exterior e, principalmente, a piscina interior. Muita humidade, muita tinta a descascar, muita vegetação para jardinar e a área da piscina coberta e saunas completamente ao abandono. Também não gostei do ar condicionado que não deitava fresco. Percebia-se que já tinha idade para a reforma.

Segunda vez aqui, é cada vez que volto está melhor. Apartamentos top, com todo o conforto. Piscina interior com água quente top, como nunca vi. Pequeno almoço fabuloso. A voltar sempre que possa. Recomendo
