At the moment - this is the best hotel in Sochi (except of course Mantera Supreme). Everything here is at the highest level - a beautiful lobby, great renovation, designer finishing of the rooms, the cleanest territory, a 24-hour restaurant with a high level of service, excellent value for money, breakfast - this is the best I have seen in the WORLD! In general, I am just slightly shocked by how well everything was done in Russia. From fitness to breakfast. Sea view, the sea is nearby. In general, I am thrilled.

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again. Thanks hotel

At the entrance to the hotel you are met by the reception staff, and that's where it all begins. The level of service and attentiveness to guests immediately tells you what awaits you. From the first minutes of your stay you feel like a special guest, they try to fulfill all your wishes. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

The huge minus of the hotel is the lack of parking and the full indifference of the staff where you can leave your car. Even loading your suitcases is not possible nearby. Breakfasts too were not impressed. I chose Grace, TK expected that they have uniform standards for service in the network. But... no)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) From positive current good spa area and proximity to the embankment

Очень хорошее место, с удовольствием бы остановилась там снова. В номере есть все необходимое (чайник, посуда, есть даже гладильная доска с утюгом и дополнительная подушка). Предоставляют также дополнительное полотенце для посещения бассейна Расположение удобное, до моря 10 минут пешком, в пешей доступности также много магазинов и кафешек, где можно поесть Прямо около отеля останавливается 30 автобус, на котором можно добраться до некоторых достопримечательностей Единственное неудобство - долго добираться от аэропорта. За такси придется отдать от 3000 рублей. Можно добраться на автобусах, но поездка займет около 2 часов и с пересадкой

On the day of departure, it was also allowed to leave things in a special room and go quietly for a walk as I left late. The room itself is at all without complaints, bathroom, furniture - everything is in a beautiful state. Bed in general super, I love hard mattresses (not sold), bed linen new, clean. Breakfasts are also excellent, choice is not very big, but basic things (cash, sausages, eggs, garniers are varied, muslies, etc.) are, so you won't stay hungry for sure. For sauna/basin I can't say anything, I didn't get there. Cleaning every day. The only minus - the window was on the track, so the noise from the road was quite heard, even with the closed window. But here as lucky, the more at night it still was quiet. I didn't spoil the rest. And by the way - I had a studio room, with a kitchen area, including a sink and microwave. So at all everything is super! Thank you the huge team of the hotel for the hospitality! I will definitely return if possible!

Очень уютное местечко,понравилось расположение,приветливый персонал.Быстро заселилась, в номере чисто,все необходимое тоже имелось.Цена просто сказочная!(проживание 14-16 февраля)Рекомендую!
