The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. Very accommodating staff. I love the place it's near SA beach and peaceful environment. I love the food. I didn't expect it's buffet. Thank you for the kindness and bring happiness to my family.

The staff is professional and friendly. The food was not that great during our stay but is definitely room for improvement on a positive note the amenities were excellent with two swimming pools availables for guest to use and enjoy.

Had to extend our stay due to typhoon. They allowed us to stay in same rooms, so we didn’t have any hassle. It was nice affordable hotel but with really nice breakfast buffet.

At first the hotel checked us in in a lower type of room and it was really bad. We booked a Premium hotel room but we got a Island premium room, and I can promise it was a big difference. The Island room was really worn out. Broken furnitures and clearly not renovated for a long time. We talked with the reception and got upgraded after one night and got an Grand premium room in the same house as the reception It wasn’t that big, but it was really clean and fresh. Nice new furnitures and it felt so much better. We can recommend the last type of room. For us the location wasn’t that good, it was too far away from the real Boracay and station 1,2 and 3. We got tired of our need of shuttle bus all the time to get outside and within the hotel. We also felt it was more windy on that side of the island and the beach had much so debris. Breakfast wasn’t good, really simple and not much to chose from. Special order to get a cup of tea, that was strange for me. Overall experience is that we got I reallly nice room in the end of our stay, but be aware of what kind of room you book and make sure you get the right one when one check in.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

We arrived in the Hotel when the typhoon was still ongoing and no electricity but in a few minutes power transfer was restored and all set to normal. The staff is very helpful. The travel time from Hotel to Airport is less than 30 minutes.

Location is great for the beach, between the very active nightlife and the more chilling one. They generator was not working the first day, so no light at all. Additionally, the elevator did not work for the subsequent 2 days. My room was on the 4 floor, you can imagine. Not very accommodating staff: I forgot to bring the breakfast ticket one day and they made me walk upstairs to get it before I could have breakfast… I did not have breakfast there after I spotted a massive rat walking in the dining area. In short, the hotel management seems to be very stingy.

Pros: close to Kalibo airport, the room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable.the natural wood was used for chairs and TV stand. The front desk staff are very professional and welcoming. Cons: old and shabby cupboard does not belong there.Slide shower door is loose and Mosquito net needs fixing.

This review is genuine, without embellishment. Excellent hotel. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you. Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel. The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers! You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services. Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise. If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you!
