if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, you wont find much better than this. The warm welcolme and the feeling of home was what we loved most. This hotel offers a comfortable stay with easy access to public transportation since it’s located along the roadside rather than beachfront. The staff are accommodating and helpful, and the rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and tastes decent, while the warm pool is perfect for night swimming. There are a few areas that could be improved. In our room, the shower controls weren’t working properly since water still flowed even when the knob was fully turned off. One night, we were woken up by loud guests arguing in the lobby. They seemed drunk from a party and the noise carried as they walked to their rooms, which was unpleasant. The hotel was worth the money and perfect if you’re willing to pay for comfort. While not beachfront, its convenience, service, and amenities make it a solid choice for a relaxing stay.

The hotel room and bed are smaller than advertised, accommodating fewer guests than stated. The pool is stagnant and frequently dirty, and there are significant damage areas and safety hazards. The pool water lacks circulation, and rats have been spotted on the staircases. Overall, it is an average hotel. If you require assistance from staff, it may be suitable, but it is not the best or a 3-star hotel. It is also quite old. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the breakfast option is not worth the cost. I recommend dining outside in the front to enjoy food and coffee. The staff is very friendly and easy to speak with. However, if you need to call them, you must use a mobile phone or Viber. It can take some time for them to serve you. Wifi is bad and signal as well.

The only access is through the beach front and their restaurant . No partition or different path to the frontdesk. You have to walk pass by people eating. When I first came, the vibe is not inviting. It looks abandoned, and messy.I booked for a garden view, I was guided to a secluded part. No garden view either. And pretty dark. The way to the room,plants are dead. It’s feels scary for a solo traveler. The room was clean but no basic amenities. I have to go to the front desk to ask for towels cause there is no telephone. The towel were hard, it feels like sand paper in touch. The beach towels are more like a rag. Specifically the green ones.the threads are falling off. The sheets are like rags, many holes. The door is hard to open. I really didn’t sleep there. I just left my bags and went to my friends cause so many mosquitos in the room. I tried their bfast and dinner, the refills are pretty slow so when we came there is almost non were left. The employees were nice but the hotel needs some renovation and upgrade.

Booked for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable—definitely worth the price for the service and cleanliness. You won’t feel grossed out by the bathroom floor at all. Our host, Ate Lowi, was incredibly accommodating. She even offered us food and prayed for our safe travels. Out of all the hotels and transients we’ve stayed at, Ate Lowi was the only one who welcomed us with such warmth, like family. So go ahead and book your stay—it’s truly worth your money! The hotel has a great location with separate entrances connecting to the main road and the beach. However, hygiene is poor; the corners and balconies are very dusty. The facilities are old, some are damaged, and the doors and beds rattle; the bedding is old and torn. Breakfast is good with a wide selection, but it‘s very crowded and disorganized; during peak hours, there’s no one to seat you and it‘s difficult to find a table. The restaurant is stuffy. The price is moderate, offering good value for money.

After checking in we have informed front desk about the air condition not working. Took couple of hours to fix the problem. We request compensation due to air conditioning not working on the day of arrival and overnight on the next day. But they only offered us room transfer which would have been inconvenient with us since we have a lot to things to pack especially while traveling with two kids. With this weather air conditioning is essential for our kids comfort. We weren't able to sleep due to this problem.

Boracay Sand at Station 3 offers a peaceful escape away from the busier parts of the island. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and hassle-free. Rooms are clean and well-kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The quieter beachfront location is perfect for relaxing, yet still within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Minor upgrades in room furnishings would make the experience even better, but overall the excellent service makes it easy to recommend.

Super duper nag enjoy kami, and ang lapit nya lang sa station 2 and the famous of DMall. 4-5minutes lang ang layo. Next year ulit. Super bait ng owner and staff nila. Thank you po. ❤❤ Highly recommended ✔

The hotel was very well maintained. I specifically booked for their breakfast ans was definitely not disappointed! Also liked their heated pool. Will recommend and come back definitely.
