Hotel Dengan Wifi di Aceh, Indonesia

I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section. The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.  Please have your manager contact me regarding this matter. Thank you.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

Lokasi sangat strategis…dekat kemana2 apalagi bersebelahan dengan mini market dan pam bensin serta di sekitarnya ada pertokoan jadi kalau mau beli sesuatu tinggal jalan kaki saja. Kulineran pun bisa dengan jalan kaki…

Nginep di hotel ini rasanya kayak nemu “basecamp” paling strategis di tengah kota. Mau ke mana-mana dekat—mau cari makan tinggal jalan kaki, mau ngopi tinggal nyebrang, Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan cukup luas. Kasurnya empuk banget sampai-sampai niat bangun pagi buat jalan-jalan berubah jadi “yaudah besok aja deh” 😴 Pelayanan juga ramah, staff-nya helpful, jadi bikin betah. Pokoknya hotel ini cocok buat yang mau: staycation santai honeymoon tipis-tipis atau sekadar kabur dari rutinitas Kesimpulan: lokasi strategis, ada balkon buat bengong , dan nyaman banget. Minusnya cuma satu… susah check-out karena udah terlalu betah 😆

Kamarnya nyaman buat solo traveller, dekat juga ke daerah kampus, plus harganya ramah dikantong.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Sarapan pagi tidak digalakkan dengan harga bilik yang mahal, hanya menghidangkan nasi tua dan ayam tua.... Roti tiada jem dan tetamu yang ramai dan saya pun merungut minta diceritakan lagi, sudah habis. dan digantikan dengan telur sunny side up.. .. Kedudukan Cik adalah pada pukul 9 pagi tetapi tiada makanan tersedia... Saya menempah 1 bilik pada hari Sabtu dan 2 bilik pada hari Ahad, jenis superir dan deluxe Secara automatik dalam fikiran saya saya masih akan tinggal di bilik yang sama Tetapi selepas selesai menikmati sarapan pagi yang lazat, saya diberitahu bahawa bilik itu terpaksa dipindahkan ke tingkat atas dengan alasan ada yang telah menempahnya. Walaupun ketika saya mendaftar masuk tidak ada maklumat sebelumnya... Nota. Bilik hari pertama bernombor 103 Hari kedua 205 & 206

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.
