Good location close to Princeton University. Laundry service is not good. Only one wash and one dryer and that dryer was out of order

The front desk of the hotel can help sign for express delivery, and there were no mistakes in several online purchases. In addition, when registering for the American version of IHG membership, a man on duty at the front desk assisted in making three IHG customer service calls because he needed to make up for the previous nights, which took a long time. The hotel environment is very good. The transportation is very convenient. The service attitude is also very good. The breakfast on the second day is very rich and tastes delicious. I am very satisfied with this store. It's super good

The hotel is located on the seaside casino, with an excellent location. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the car is parked directly on the 11th floor. It's a pity that the weather was bad and it rained heavily, so I couldn't enjoy the blue sky and white clouds and the sea.

The room needed vacuuming when we first got there also one of the bellboy men he was very rude to us very rude to my husband and I he was very dismissive did not acknowledge us, and I did not appreciate that everybody else was very friendly, cordial and kind but the room was the crumbs on the floor when we entered into the room

The hotel is very quiet. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice. It is only 10 minutes away from Princeton University. The hotel environment is very good, and the gym and swimming pool are all available. The view outside the window is also great!

We are not satisfied with the Front Desk Service. The staff in charge does not seem to be damiloar with group bookings and how additional group charged were arrived. Our booking consisting of four rooms was not organized thus causing a lot of confusions and miscommunications. Keycards and room assignments/charhes were interchanged. The rooms were old/ outdated

Had a good time on date night and we are back for another visit. Returned for another fun weekend!

Nice hotel for one or two nights. Good value for money. Breakfast is nice not WOW. But one thing I don’t understand and it’s a huge disadvantage, Why are there no shading curtains? At 6am you waking up because the sun is rising.

✅ The surrounding environment is great. There is a small lake nearby, very close to Princeton. 40 years ago, it was Merrill Lynch headquarters, and later it was a bridge between the hotels of Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Express connecting the two. The hotel is being renovated so we're moved to the Crown side. The facilities are old, but the environment has nothing to say. Parking is free. Room space is abundant.
