The hotel itself and the spa were wonderful. The food and the entertainment were sub-par. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated, the hotel was clean, the Spa was amazing (highly recommend the facials). The food was not great, the bar service not great. It was a cold crappy day so it was a slower afternoon, however still expected to get good service. We were ignored by the bartender for the most part. Went down for supper, service was good, however it was clear the waitress was not familiar with the ”new menu”. The new menu itself needs to be edited, as the descriptions are not consistent. The ”watermelon mojito” did not contain any watermelon at all, and had I paid more attention to the description, it actually does not describe any watermelon at all. Several of the food items did not describe if sides were included or not, which changed how we ordered our food. The panfried haddock was completely coated in egg, which I had to peel off, and it did not say it included vegetables, so I ordered a salad, and when it came it fully had a side of vegetables. The entertainment was quite talented, however it was advertised as two different singers and there was in fact only one, who started an hour later than advertised. Of our 4 days on the island it was by far the worst meal, to the extent that we didn't even bother trying the breakfast, we just left in the morning. I hope the menu issues get resolved so visitors can have a great overall experience there.

Absolutely spectacular experience from start to finish - we could not have been happier. What a beautiful hotel, attention to every detail has been made to ensure a perect experience. They have gorgeous views, modern and incredibly clean facilities but the staff are the real stand out here. They literally treated us like royalty and we were completely blown away - special shout out to Antenique! I had an a very awful birthday the previous year, my husband had taken me to a luxury resort in St. Andrews NB and they reallly missed the mark. So he asked for some birthday happiness if they could this year and they went above and beyond. The deck was beautiful and the room was gorgeous, really ceilings and tons of windows. Super comfy bed, robes and a beautiful living room and dining area. Furniture is all top notch and television too. They decorated with balloons, synthetic rose petals, 2 huge champagne bottle balloons and a beautiful birthday banner. I was shocked. The pool and onsite facilities are all gorgeous and amazing location, you are close to everything you could possibly need. Valet parking was a bonus. Bravo Holman Grand! We will see you again soon. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend! Our room was clean and modern. Nice bed with extra pillows and 2 nightstands Large clean washroom with lots of towels and pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Main lobby has a bar in the evening and in the morning a free breakfast. Waffles were popular! Emily, who was working the front desk the was friendly and helpful! Stayed 3 night and would definitely come back again.
