The room layout was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. It's perfect for families, and cooking facilities are available.

Hotel was near Zurich Altstetten station, which can be accessed from Zurich HB by S-Bahn. Some mainline trains also stop here. Property is new by Europe standards. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful. Room is ok though the aircon/ventilation wasn’t sufficient. Overall decent experience.

Really near to station, just no lift or escalator at the train station. So have to hike up a stairs with the luggage. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby (within walking distance). Just 5 stops from zurich hb stations, 15mins journey. Take note there’s no aircond in the room.

I stayed here during a layover. The location is convenient, with the airport nearby as well as some fast food options and a supermarket within walking distance. While the service overall could be improved, one female staff member at the front desk (Asian appearance) was especially warm and welcoming, which made a positive difference in my stay.

good location just beside Zentrum Regensdorf mall where you can find your usual coop , migros and a bunch of other shops bottled water provided is only for checkin days and will not be replenished on subsequent days parking to pay additional (reasonable charge) not too far from airport as well.

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

The hotel is great, just opposite the Zurich train station. This time I traveled with my mother and daughter. According to the reservation, they took the initiative to add a bed for my 11-year-old daughter. Fruits were free, and there were free chocolates. But I didn't notice that the canned chocolate beans in the minibar were not free, so I ate them anyway. So, it's okay. The service is very good and considerate. It's just a little expensive.

The hotel is located at the highest point in Zurich. It is difficult to drag luggage up the mountain after the train arrives. You can ask the shuttle bus to help transport the luggage. When you ask them for help in the morning, you still have to look at their faces, and they will make a bad look for you :) Pros: The room is clean and large, and the view is beautiful! Both night view and sunrise are great Disadvantages: The attitude of some service staff is very bad! I asked the hotel if there was a hot water kettle and was given an uncleaned one. It was a very bad experience!
