The room is too small and the bed too small for two people. The shower water is not hot, often you have to wait too long. Impossible to put your suitcase anywhere. Not comfortable at all. Good location because there are many restaurants nearby. Small, warm rooftop pool. Nice view. But not worth the price.

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)
I was very pleased with the hotel. The breakfasts were average, I thought it would be better, the staff was very polite, always helpful. I called Uber, the car couldn't find us, the porter asked for a phone number and explained everything to the taxi driver himself, and upon arrival he even scolded us for waiting for him for a long time))
This time I caught up with the Medellin Flower Festival and was completely moved! Medellin is romantic, and the spirit of Medellin is what China should learn! The hotel is also like a Spanish garden, the room is very comfortable and large, the bath water is very large, every day is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel! The hotel staff wear Medellin hats and small scarves every day, which are very beautiful! This Medellin Flower Festival, I saw Medellin's respect for every industry! I love Medellin very much!

Can’t believe this place is five stars. Don’t know if six stars exist in Colombia but it should, as this was quite disappointing : where to start? First you arrive and the reception people don’t speak English... great. Then they tell you that you can’t have any guest visiting you in your room... freedom away. The gym is one treadmill and one bike... unbelievable. The room service is limited in choice and very poor quality, And very very slow. Almost an hour to get your order. The cleaning is also badly done in the room (female hair everywhere, one towel is not enough, no shower mat...)which was the biggest suite available... The bed sheets have strange traces on them. And very important the TV is Low quality! No HD! It should be 4K. Also a Bluetooth speaker would have been a good thing.
Anyway, bad Management, low level, high prices Hotel.

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

GGuest UserBehind the hotel is a large shopping mall. The hotel goes left and goes to the end. It is a small park. There are many families playing with children and pets on weekends. It is a very warm scene. Along the path of this park, you can reach the shopping mall in a few minutes.
There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, there are hot dogs and beef burgers that sell freshly made, which tastes good, plus a bottle of Coca-Cola, delicious!
It should be noted that the room on the first floor is a bit cold at night and the quilt is a bit thin. Friends who are afraid of the cold are best to ask for an extra quilt.

Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent.

The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.
