Empfang war nicht so gut. Mit offenem Mund Kaugummi kauende Junge Empfangsfrau quälte sich ein Hallo heraus und hat dann die Zimmerkarte ohne Erklärung übergeben. Wurden schon freundlicher empfangen.
Frühstück gut.
Zimmer sauber.
Die Treppenhäuser dürfen nicht genutzt werden außer das an der Rezeption. Daher sehr weite Wege.

Wunderbar! Mein letzter Aufenthalt ist bereits viiiiiele Jahre her, dem Hotel sieht man es aber nicht an. Besonders ist das freundliche, aufmerksame aber unaufdringliche Personal zu erwähnen. Man erkennt, Jedem hier liegt es am Herzen, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlt, entspannt genießen kann und gern wieder kommt. Nach dem aktuellen Aufenthalt frage ich mich tatsächlich warum es so lange gebraucht hat, dass ich wieder da war, obwohl ich gerade im Winter viele Wochenenden in Hotels mit Spa genieße.
Gibts was zu verbessern? Einige Saunen sind je nach Besucherzahl etwas klein und es könnte mehr Duschen geben. Wichtig ist aber das Alles funktioniert hat und es keinen Wartungsstau gab.
Ich komme gern wieder, sogar bald.

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang, die auch am Telefon helfen! So bekam ich z. B. auf Anfrage einen Wasserkocher und die Auskünfte, die ich brauchte. Da ich in der Gegend zu tun hatte, war für mich die Lage ideal. Freie Parkplätze gibt es um das Hotel herum wenig, daher ist es besser, dort einen Parkplatz, ggfs. in der Tiefgarage, zu buchen.

Artived at 11pm took over an hour to find my room. Two customers prior to me had been sent to rooms that had customers in bed. I assume they over book the hotel, hoping people cancelled or dont turn up. The hotel had an electrical charge noise and feelnabout it. Possibly from the airport.

Dieses Hotel ist wundervoll! In einer tollen Landschaft mit vielen Optionen für Außenaktivitäten bitet es eine wundervollle Saunalsndschaft! Das Essen ist hervorragend (tolles Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen und auch der Italiener ist spitze!

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

Die Lage des Premium Zimmers war sehr gut.
Leider war der Service enttäuschend.
Ich kenne Tropical Islands sehr gut, das war bereits mein 18. Aufenthalt. Trotz vorheriger schriftlicher Zusage, dass wir unser Gepäck bzw. unsere Sporttaschen an der Rezeption abgeben können, war dies vor Ort nicht möglich. Stattdessen mussten wir unser Gepäck in Umkleidespinten aufbewahren, bis wir ins Zimmer konnten – 2,50 € pro Tag, insgesamt 3 Tage. Trotz mehrfachem Hinweis, dass ich extra nachgefragt hatte, hieß es nur, dass nur „große Gepäckstücke“ angenommen werden. Dann sollte man Zusagen künftig klar formulieren oder direkt Maße verlangen. So fühlt man sich als Stammgast veräppelt

LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.

Unfortunately, some attractions were broken or the soda machines were empty; this needs to be improved. The kettle in the room was also broken.

GGuest UserThe surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

RRoy B.Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter.
There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust.
I'd like to come back, even soon.

GGuest UserVery helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.

GGuest UserIch habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl
! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal
vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und den Inhaber, für das schöne Wochenende!
