Die Lage des Premium Zimmers war sehr gut.
Leider war der Service enttäuschend.
Ich kenne Tropical Islands sehr gut, das war bereits mein 18. Aufenthalt. Trotz vorheriger schriftlicher Zusage, dass wir unser Gepäck bzw. unsere Sporttaschen an der Rezeption abgeben können, war dies vor Ort nicht möglich. Stattdessen mussten wir unser Gepäck in Umkleidespinten aufbewahren, bis wir ins Zimmer konnten – 2,50 € pro Tag, insgesamt 3 Tage. Trotz mehrfachem Hinweis, dass ich extra nachgefragt hatte, hieß es nur, dass nur „große Gepäckstücke“ angenommen werden. Dann sollte man Zusagen künftig klar formulieren oder direkt Maße verlangen. So fühlt man sich als Stammgast veräppelt

Dieses Hotel ist wundervoll! In einer tollen Landschaft mit vielen Optionen für Außenaktivitäten bitet es eine wundervollle Saunalsndschaft! Das Essen ist hervorragend (tolles Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen und auch der Italiener ist spitze!

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang, die auch am Telefon helfen! So bekam ich z. B. auf Anfrage einen Wasserkocher und die Auskünfte, die ich brauchte. Da ich in der Gegend zu tun hatte, war für mich die Lage ideal. Freie Parkplätze gibt es um das Hotel herum wenig, daher ist es besser, dort einen Parkplatz, ggfs. in der Tiefgarage, zu buchen.

Leider gab uns der Rezeptionist zunächst Schlüssel zu einem bereits vermieteten Zimmer, was nicht nur zu Staunen, sondern auch Zeitverlust führte.
Den ”Entschuldigungsdrink” konnten wir nicht mehr nehmen, da er nur von 12.00-19.00h gültig war.
Das schöne Innen- und Außenbecken sind leider nicht benutzbar, da der innere Bereich gerade nicht beheizt wird und auch keine Beleuchtung im Pool ist. Nach draußen kann man nicht schwimmen, leider gesperrt und auch eiskalt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, direkt am See. Das Hotel selber ist sauber und bietet viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, genauso wie die Betten. Die Speisekarte für geringe Belegung müsste überarbeitet werden. Allerdings gibt es im Umkreis gastronomische Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist wegen des günstigen Preises und der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Empfang war nicht so gut. Mit offenem Mund Kaugummi kauende Junge Empfangsfrau quälte sich ein Hallo heraus und hat dann die Zimmerkarte ohne Erklärung übergeben. Wurden schon freundlicher empfangen.
Frühstück gut.
Zimmer sauber.
Die Treppenhäuser dürfen nicht genutzt werden außer das an der Rezeption. Daher sehr weite Wege.

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl
! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal
vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und den Inhaber, für das schöne Wochenende!

LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.

AAnqi doesn’t share food!Pros:
1. Very close to the airport, which is super convenient for early departures and late arrivals. You can even self-check-in if you arrive in the early hours.
2. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is quite large too, making for a comfortable space.
Cons:
1. The room isn't soundproof, so earplugs are a must (and the front desk doesn't provide them).
2. The duvet cover was a bit scratchy.
Overall, it's perfectly fine for a short stay, especially if you're dealing with flight schedules.

WWasssupDespite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

GGuest UserIt's a very clean and nice place. I camped in a tent and it was very comfortable; it's also a safe place. I hadn't locked the locker where I kept 450 euros and my passport, so for our safety, they took the money and passport from the open locker and returned them to me at the security office.

GGuest UserThe surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect.
But they loved the breakfast!

RRoy B.Wonderful! My last stay has been for 5 years, but you don't see the hotel. Specially, the friendly, careful, but unimpersive staff is to mention. You realize that everyone here is in the heart that you feel well, relaxed and willing to come back. After the current stay I wonder why it took so long that I was back there, although I enjoyed many weekends in hotels with spa just in winter.
There is something to improve? Some saunas are a little small depending on the number of visitors and there may be more showers. But important is that everything worked and there was no maintenance bust.
I'd like to come back, even soon.

GGuest UserVery helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.
