The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around. 2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

Good stay, a bit small space in the room. the hotel is perfectly located, everything is within walking distance, clean, nice staff. It doesn't have a parking lot, as it says. This surprised us, but the receptionist recommended parking nearby 24h/5EUR. But it was almost full, we had the last place. Booking in advance is not possible. The curtains on the window are translucent, the light penetrates into the room. There is no noise from the nearby station, the windows seal well. The room is beautifully warm. There is no cafe in the room.

Personal ist sehr freundlich & teilweise seit Jahren dort. Da ständig wechselnder Betreiber keine ”Seele” im Hotel. Wenig Motivation das Hotel besser zu machen, weil für Personal von ausländischer Hotelkette kaum Änderungen eigenverantwortlich möglich. Hotel ist sauber, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ohne jegliche Sanierung in letzten 30Jahren (wir kommen regelmäßig!!!). Raucherkneipe in Gebäude stikt schonmal ziemlich den Flur & ggf. auch Zimmer (je nach Lage) voll. Italienisches Restaurante im Gebäude sehr gut. Zimmer sehr dunkel bei fehlender Deckenbeleuchtung, nur Stehlampen mit Energiesparbirnen. Keine Möglichkeit Handy an Bett zu laden. Keine Allergikerzimmer. Betten mit Stoff bezogen, daher nichts für Hausstaub-Allergiker. Frühstücksbuffet völlig ok, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Auswahl an Aufbackbrötchen,Brot, Croissants, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Frischobst, Tomate/Gurke/Paprika, 6 Marmeladen, Honig,2Säfte,Tee,Kaffeeautomat. Sauna vorhanden (noch nie benutzt, daher kein Kommentar). Parkplätze ab 12€/d, oder auf der Straße. Lage am Stadtrand (Stockelsdorf), nicht fußläufig für Lübecker Altstadt. Gut als Stop zur Ostsee/Dänemark, da unweit zur Autobahn.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is great, the staff is super helpful, pleasant and professional! They really make tou feel welcome! They gave us the best tips on sight seeing and their food recommendations were fab! Housekeeping is also great. We used the sauna and truly enjoyed it. All in all its a five star stay👌👌

Wir blieben für eine Nacht. Das Parkhaus befindet sich direkt in Hotel und hat 21€ pro Tag gekostet. Das Zimmer war funktionell eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage war auch gut, Nähe zur Altstadt.

Alles in ein super Service! Nach einer Blumenvase gefragt und 10 min später auch bekommen. Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Immerwieder gerne!

The hotel is centrally located and close to the city center. The room although small was clean and comfortable. The possibility to park at the hotel is very handy, however both the hotel and the parking space itself were difficult to locate. A sign to indicate the entrance would be helpful

Check-in time was smooth and the food really good (breakfast and ala carte. The room nice with balcony sea view. The minus one is somehow the atmosphere inside the room is hot when the night time come so we should open the balcony door the whole night

A super mega-clean hotel ... rooms are very nice furnished and positioned in a very great location everything was near ... for families with small kids there was a great playground just 5-10 min walk ... the personnel was friendly and helpful...

The room appears to be recently renovated. It is very clean. The location is excellent. It is at the city center. However, unlike hotels at other locations with the same price range, they do not provide a kettle and some free coffee and tea.
