Staff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and its location is truly its greatest asset. It is situated in an absolutely prime spot, right between the picturesque Nyhavn canal and the magnificent Amalienborg Palace Square. Being able to step out of the hotel and be in the middle of such iconic scenery within minutes was a huge advantage. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and pleasant.
Beyond the amazing location, our room was also a pleasure. It was very well-presented and meticulously cared for, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

There should be more accurate information about the distance between the Central Station and the Hotel. It must be more than 3km, or at lest feels like this, especially when walking through the narrow and bumpy streets full of people on Saturday evening. Also, it would be nicer if the Hotel stops emailing me so many times before my check-in and after my checkout.

Very helpful gentleman Matthias gave excellent service on booking in. Very disappointed with room as no yea or coffee making amenities and the cafe downstairs was closed for food despite its closing hr of 8.30pm.

The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days. I stayed here for 5 nights. Have been seeing the exact same food every morning.

Nice, clean, modern hotel with great amenities, and a decent city view. 4 min walk from the metro station which takes you to the city center.
One aspect worth mentioning which might be a problem for some people: there is a partially transparent glass wall between the room and the shower.

Mycket bra hotell som vi har bott på många gånger. Denna gången hade vi superiorrum som vanligt, själva rummet var bra men utsikt rakt på ett tak, borde va lägre pris på ett sånt rum

GGuest UserNeat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The *location is incredibly convenient*, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The *room was spacious and comfortable*, offering plenty of space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a *free room upgrade*, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the *complimentary breakfast*, which had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The *surroundings were peaceful and quiet*, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.
What made it even more special was the *clear view from the hotel*, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the scenery—especially if you're hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights or simply unwind in a serene environment.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

AAlhm25This is a nice hotel by the sea. The view is gorgeous especially in the early morning. Service staff are generally helpful. Breakfast is quite good with a large organic selection. The amenities for the basic room is really basic with nothing, not even two mugs.

Park Lane Copenhagen is set in a historic, beautifully restored building in the peaceful Hellerup area, offering spacious, modern rooms with chic Scandinavian design and great attention to detail. Guests praise the friendly, helpful staff and the calm, comfortable atmosphere. The location is slightly outside central Copenhagen, but it makes a perfect base for relaxing stays and exploring the city by bike or short ride. The on-site dining and bar add a nice touch to the overall experience

GGuest UserThe hotel is divided into two buildings. Since I booked two rooms with an elderly person, the front desk unfortunately separated us, assigning us to Building 1 and Building 2. The front desk said the hotel was fully booked, but I still saw rooms available online.
Apart from this issue, the room was small but comfortable. The soundproofing was a bit poor, and if the upper floor occupants walked around, they would hear the wooden floor creaking. Fortunately, the upper floor occupants were very nice and comfortable. The hotel is also very close to the central train station, making it very convenient to visit various attractions.
