Always very friendly service at the reception,feel welcoming. could check in earlier. Nicest spa in Kuressaare indeed.Unfortunately this time group of teenagergirls spoilt a lot jumping like no any sense at the pool.splashing water around.toddlers at the pool also. They were running and falling down at he floor also. What if something happens to SOMEONE ELSE,because of them!!!??? Customers have to talk to them,if they dare... its not right. Breakfast is satisfactory,not very special.Open wiev to the kitchen does not appeal. Restaurant is not very appealing or cozy,but ok -for having breakfast including in the price.Most likely not having a dinner, a la carte. Also very effective staff managed to take dishes off the table every single time i left and got more something.If i put something clearly at the outer edge ,yes.please take,otherwise keep your hands off.! Thank you. I can drink my 3 coffees and 2 teas at the same cup.trust me! And use same fork,knife etc. all through my brekfast. Poiint taken??!! Or maybe they love dishwashing...

In the heart of the city, the breakfast was plentiful, the swimming pool was a little small, the spa was good, there was free parking, and there was a good meal at an Indian restaurant nearby.
