What can be said more? 5 stars and worth every penny. Great location, great service and attention to details like beds prepared for the night including a bottle of water on the side table; valet parking; perfect location. Ask to see the Hemmingway room or even book it when you want to experience some history. Will definitely come back to La Perla when coming back to Pamplona.

Nos hemos hospedado durante cuatro noches en este hotel. Lo primero que tenemos que destacar es la ubicación ya que está en la afueras de la ciudad, algo que agradecimos puesto que queriamos visitar varios pueblecitos de los alrededores. Otra cosa muy importante es que tiene parking gratuíto y la zona es muy tranquila. En el interior es un hotel que está relativamente nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias tanto la parte del descanso como el baño. Como dijimos con anterioridad reina el descanso y el silencio. El único pero que tenemos que poner es que la cama no era muy cómoda, ya que se clavaban unos hierros en los costados lo que hacía un poco complicado descansar comodamente, dedujimos que sería una cosa puntual de esta habitación que necesita un cambio de colchón, pero sin duda la experiencia fue buena salvo esta pequeña salvedad. Sin duda es un hotel muy recomendable si se desea mover el coche, sin embargo si la intención es estar solamente en Pamplona es mejor buscar otra opción puesto que los parking del centro son caros y la distancia no permite ir sin coche desde el hotel.

This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. However, we had two issues. Firstly we could not add our drink costs to the room bill, everything had to be paid up front. Our main issue though was on the second day of our stay we had a long day at the San Firmin festival in nearby Pamplona so decided to eat dinner at the hotel. We went to place our order well before the 10.00 deadline but we were refused and told the kitchen was too busy ! This is a dreadful way to treat residents, the hotel was very expensive anyway, and we ended up eating re heated tortilla from the bar. The restaurant was not busy, it was half empty but the staff member told us bluntly there was no way he would order us food. We would not recommend this hotel for that reason. Awful way to treat residents.

Hemos pasado calor durante el día, no abríamos las cortinas para que no entrara el calor de fuera. Sugerimos que si no hay aire acondicionado está la opción de colocar algún ventilador. Y el secador del cuarto de baño funcionaba un par de minutos y luego ya se paraba y no funcionaba. En la cafetería si bajabas tarde a media mañana y pedías un bocadillo y no lo tenían preparado no te lo servían porque no los preparaban. Bastante justo en general y los servicios los deberían mejorar.

Cuando entras a la habitación. No hay una luz que te alumbre para insertar la tarjeta en la ranura. Se hace bastante difícil acertar. Sin poder dar las luces El primer día. Es lamentable decirlo pero la taza del baño estaba sucia. Tuvimos que limpiarla. Al otro día se lo avisamos a la señora de limpieza . Por lo demás un hotel muy cómodo

A one-week rental during San Fermin Festival served my husband and I very well. The efficiency kitchen was super helpful due to the length of stay and not wanting to walk far to a tapas place. However, pillows were non-supportive and seven kitchen items listed on the inventory sheet were missing. Had to wait one night for an extra pillow, never got the missing kitchen items and therefore had to function with only two drinking glasses. they ask guests to take out their own trash! After a couple of huge rain storms, we heard loud dripping within the wall behind our bed near our heads. Virtual reception apologized for the inconvenience but noted that was the way the building was constructed. We had to move our bed to an opposite wall and rearrange side tables. The fact there is no one in the facility helping guests in person with any regularity added to the frustration. ”Virtual” reception is a big failure. Also, there were so many blinking safety lights we had to cover them with stickers to get a good night's sleep. Crucial since hubby was running with the bulls early in the morning!

A tranquil place. Surprisingly amazing service like a 5 star luxury hotel. Fantastic food. I was there for a week and i will go back. the rooms are comfortable, the bed particularly so, there is good air con and plenty of space so it almost feelsl like you are in your country house and not in a hotel. the only problems are small in the context of it all but worth a mension. the shower was not great and it had one of those annoying mixer taps so when some other room starts using water the temperature changes. the range in temperature is too much! each day this surprised me as it just does not fit with the rest of the hotel. the other small issue is a few of the electrical sockets in my room which was a bit annoying. specifically i had to unplug the Nespresso machine to plug my laptop in. That isnt good in the morning! Breakfast is wonderful and Herman is a fantastic host. nothing is too much trouble at breakfast time, even sorting out laundry! dinner and lunch are evidence of a super talented kitchen. How can tomatoes just taste so good. Simple things cooked with a super talented touch.

Espectacular en todo, vistas, decoración y la habitación con terraza! Cama XL y baño muy amplio. Si hay algo que mejoraría sería quitar la puerta que interconecta las habitaciones ya que se oye mucho a los vecinos a través de esa puerta. El desayuno es impresionante, cereales kellogs en sus cajita, mermeladas de bote y zumos de bote, varios panes y tartas... Fabuloso!

The hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. All in all a very convenient and reasonable option for a Pamplona vacation, very close to wonderful restaurants and the in the center of the old town. Recommended.

We pay the rate that they offer , but looks like we barely can have a room. Really poor check in service, we ask for a coffee maker ( that we had in Nh Zaragoza ) and they said our rate doesn’t include anything. We don’t ask for discount, but be careful to ask what is included. We never feel welcomed. Never come back to Nh hotels . Choose something else .
